Προδιαγραφές εξωτερικού, με μήνυμα ότι θα παραλάβεις σε συγκεκριμένη ώρα και εννοείται σου φέρνουν το προϊόν που έχεις παραγγείλει στην πόρτα σου. Όχι σαν κάποιες που αφήνουν χαρτάκια ή σου λένε κατέβα πάρτο άμα είσαι σε πολυκατοικία. Η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών φανταστική και τα παιδιά που φέρνουν τα προϊόντα νεαρά ηλικιακά χωρίς να ξεφυσάνε λες και τους ανέγκασες εσύ να αναλάβουν τέτοιου είδους δουλειά. Συγαχρητήρια. Μακαρι να δουλευαν ετσι ολοι. Ενα αστερακι μειων για τη μη σωστη χρηση της μασκας. M	Maria Frg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρία μου έχει συμβεί 3 φορές που παρήγγειλα είδη από κατάστημα με είδη σπιτιού να μου ζητήσει ο κουριερ να κατέβω να παραλάβω εγώ την παραγγελία από το δρόμο γιατί δεν μπορούσε να σταματήσει λες και θα καθυστερούσε αν σταμάταγε με αλαρμ. Και τις 3 φορές το δέμα ήταν ογκώδες και ήμουν μόνη στο σπίτι με μωρό! Απαράδεκτοι. With this particular company it has happened to me 3 times that I ordered items from a store with household items that the courier asked me to go down to pick up the order from the street because he could not stop as if he would be late if he stopped with an alarm. Ναι, σωστά το είδατε,μου έκανε εντύπωση η ευγένεια,που δυστυχώς θα έπρεπε να είναι αυτονόητο... Οι άνθρωποι λοιπόν,με εξυπηρέτησαν με χαμόγελο και ευγένεια. Κόστος 0, απολαβές τεράστιες. S	Stelios Maras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα ΕΛΤΑ είναι κορυφαία μπροστά τους. Το σύστημα τους το χειρότερο όλων. Έκανα παραγγελεία με voucher εκπαιδευτικων και δεν παρέλαβα ΠΟΤΕ! Ερχόνταν τα courier και απαιτούσαν το σύνολο της αξίας γιατί έτσι έλεγε το τερματικό τους. Μετά απο 2 αποτυχημένες προσπάθειες και ενώ υπήρχε συνεχής επικοινωνία με τον προμηθευτή, απαίτησα την ακύρωση της παραγγελίας και την επιστροφή του voucher (στις 24/5). Σήμερα 28/5 με κάλεσαν για να ρωτήσουν τι γίνεται με το δέμα και ότι δεν το χουν επιστρέψει και ήταν και χαλαροί. Πολύ κακή εταιρεία. Ήθελαν και 4.6 ευρώ για αποστολή την επόμενη μέρα. Προτιμήστε μια πιο γνωστή και δοκιμασμένη εταιρεία. ELTA is top in front of them. Their system is the worst of all. I placed an order with a teacher voucher and I NEVER received it! The couriers came and demanded all the value because that was what their terminal said. After 2 failed attempts and while there was constant communication with the supplier, I demanded the cancellation of the order and the return of the voucher (on 24/5). Today 28/5 they called me to ask what is happening with the package and that they have not returned it and they were relaxed. Very bad company. They also wanted 4.6 euros for shipping the next day. Prefer a better known and tested company.
