★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acs is the worst courier company ever. Whenever my order send by acs it takes a lifetime to arrive me. They always make mistakes and we pay for them. My order which has to deliver to Galatsi mistakenly went to ambelokipi. We called them, emailed them tousands of times no answer. Lately someone answered very rude and accepted they made a mistakenly with the adress. They said they ll change the adress. But today i am seeing my order goes to petro ralli. This is ridicilous they dont even know where the adresses are. I ll make a complaint to everywhere. Companies shouldnt use this courier which is away from being professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless.. poor customer service employees not their fault... But on friday they said monday, on monday they said tuesday, on tuesday they said wednesday and on wednesday they said thursday. When i placed my order 1-3 days hahaha..crazy..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Customer Experience Ever. After 20 minute hearing music and plase wait have conversation with the Lady on ACS: She inform me that the information on Track and Trace is incorrect and delivery can be today or cancel because courier left branch at 9:30am not us usually. They cannot promise that parcel be delivered. Only lose time and trust in my self that have future. Never again be requested to send parcel with that unprofessional Company. Us proof send photos of incorrect information from page the Company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional business at all. No one response to calls and my package is stacked 13 days at the same point without any information and i still haven't the parcel in my hands. I would not recommend ACS to anyone.
