On Easter Sunday we were looking for a restaurant to have lunch in Plaka and eat the traditional roasted lamb. The restaurant was pretty busy so we thought "ok, it must be good". It wasn't. They brought us the wrong wine and more expensive than the one ordered. The service was bad. The food was bland and tasteless. Overall, low quality food for a high price (e.g. tiny portion of roasted lamb that doesn't serve one pax for 18€). In the end, they brought us the bill in a paper without itemizing the order (probably to avoid tax). We had to be adamant that we wanted to see the detailed bill before they brought it. Staff was rude when we did this. In short, our worst dining experience in Greece. BY FAR! If you can, eat somewhere else. Athens has a lot of amazing scam less restaurants.

The Greek salad was bland, and the pork gyros were incredibly fatty. The prices were also far more expensive than you would pay anywhere else. Avoid, there are plenty of fantastic restaurants in Plaka.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a restaurant to eat & we stumbled upon this location. From the beginning the server was rude and forced us to get the special of the night when we specifically said we did not want that food. We asked for fried calamari and he brought us grilled calamari. The cocktail was not drinkable. The BILL doesn’t have a breakdown and when we asked for the breakdown they added stuff to the bill that we didn’t order. We do Not recommend this place at all. Food was also terrible.

Nice restaurant on the way up to Anafiotika, polite waiters, good variety in the menu and nice taverna decoration inside the restaurant. The only negative side is that the food was not hot enough, maybe it was cooked in a big quantity in the morning and served throughout the day. The taste was good though... The prices are slightly high but already include taxes and tips for the waiter.

You would regret not visiting this restaurant!!! Best pita bread, Gyros and lamb ever in a perfect location in the center of Athens. Waiters are really friendly and encouraging - trust them! Have a carafe of wine or a reasonably priced beer and thank Athenian hospitality for a great job! Annoyed to read some of these negative reviews (go home “tourist trap section”) - this is just an amazing place!

Service was prob too efficient, main came out before I finished my starter and as soon as I finished my main the bill was there. Tourist prices, food was good though just pricy for what it was. Baked feta tasted great! But was €7…..

The only low quality, over priced, tourist trap restaurant I have found in Athens this week. They get 1star only because the grilled frozen octopus was at least mediocre, but not excellent. The fried feta was nasty, dried out, flavorless with an overload of sesame seeds. Crust was too hard to cut without a sharp knife. See photo. One glass of ice tea with no refill is 3.90 euro ?? They brought a flavorless pumpkin soup that I did not order. No one at our table would eat this soup....poor quality. They aggressively lure you in for a table. Beware, low quality food and tourist trap. Receipt is in Greek not English so review it carefully before paying. Wait staff was grumpy and in a rush to clear tables.
