Ομολογώ ότι πλέον αυτό έχει αλλάξει, υπάρχει άριστη εξυπηρέτηση και συννενόηση καθώς και ενημέρωση, πραγματική αυτή τη φορά, της πορείας της παραγγελίας και της παράδοσης. K	Katerina Katerinaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήρθε σήμερα ο κούριερ από την acs να μου παραδώσει ένα δέμα με αντικαταβολή το οποίο ήταν 48.70 € και ενώ του έδωσα 45€ σε χαρτονομισματα και 3,70 σε ψιλά τα έβαλε στο πορτοφόλι που είχε λέγοντας μου ότι του έδωσα 40 ευρώ σε χαρτονομισματα με αποτέλεσμα να του χρωστάω 5 ευρώ. Εγώ ήμουν σίγουρη όμως για τα χρήματα που του έδωσα.Ομως καθότι σίγουρη του έφερα άλλα 5 ευρώ συν. Φεύγοντας μου λέει "για του λόγου το αληθές αν βγω συν 5 ευρώ το βραδυ που θα κλείσω ταμείο θα σου τα επιστρέψω." Φυσικά δεν είχα κανένα τηλεφώνημα και ούτε πρόκειται. Οπότε παιδιά να μετράτε μπροστά τους τα χρήματα πριν τους τα δώσετε όταν πληρώνετε με αντικαταβολή γιατί κάποιοι μπορεί να το κάνουν και σύστημα. The courier from acs came today to deliver me a cash on delivery package which was € 48.70 and while I gave him € 45 in banknotes and € 3.70 in cash he put them in his wallet telling me that I gave him € 40 in banknotes resulting in to owe him 5 euros. But I was sure of the money I gave him. But since I was sure I brought him another 5 euros plus. When he leaves, he tells me "for the real reason, if I go out plus 5 euros the night I close a fund, I will return it to you." Of course I did not have any phone calls and neither is it. So guys count the money in front of you before you give it to them when you pay by cash on delivery because some people can do it and system.

Ανεβαινεις κοζανη απο χωριο χαλας την βενζίνη σου και δεν σου δινουν το δεμα σου γιατι σου λενε πως ειναι στο καροτσι και δεν μπορουν να στο δωσουν γιατι ειναι για χωριο. Να δεχτω αν ειχες δουλεια κυριε μου να σου πω ενταξει μην μου το δινεις απο την στιγμη που καθοσουν και δεν ειχες δουλεια να βοηθησεις την κατασταση και ξερω πολυ καλα οτι μπορεις να μου το δωσεις και ας ειναι για χωριο και μην αρχιζεις της δικαιολογίες του τύπου θα φανει απο αλλου η παραδωσει την καναμε την δουλεια και την ξερουμε! Εξαιτιας σου ομως σημερα κυριε μου εκανες ζημια στο σεμινάριο μου ηταν υλικα που χρειαζομουν επειγόντως σημερα! Αν ηταν ρουχο δεν θα με ένοιαζε ας ερχοταν την δευτερα... Classic ACS ... The worst of all!
