★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε επιλογή να βάλω κανένα αστέρι θα το έβαζα απλώς απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση να θες να επικοινωνήσεις μαζί τους και να μην απαντάνε με τις ώρες ή ακόμη καλύτερα να στο σηκώνουν και να στο κλείνουν επιτόπου πραγματικά πρέπει κάτι να κάνετε απλώς οι χειρότεροι ?
 If there was an option to put any star I would put it just unacceptable service if you want to contact them and they do not answer for hours or even better to pick it up and close it on the spot you really have to do something just the worst ?

Μένω σε χωριό δίπλα στην Κοζάνη χωρίς οδούς και σε αναζήτηση που έκανα με τον αριθμό αποστολής, γράφουν ότι άφησαν σημείωμα κάτι που δεν βρήκα ποτέ, αλλά είναι και αδύνατο να το έκαναν γιατί έχουν μόνο το τηλέφωνο μου και το όνομα του χωριού. Ούτε καν τηλέφωνο δεν πήραν.
Unacceptable they do not deliver the parcels, they register in the system that they left a note and they force you to go to the store to get it yourself. I live in a village next to Kozani without streets and in a search I did with the shipping number, they write that they left a note of something I never found, but it is also impossible for them to do it because they only have my phone number and the name of the village. They did not even get a phone call.
