Scootering around Athens, down the Attica peninsula to beaches, hiking the nearby hills...very very fun and really only possible with a scooter/moto. You need to have a motorcycle license from your home country even to rent a scooter, but you do not need an international drivers permit to get a scooter. They weren’t perfectly clear on if we would have needed one should we have wanted a larger scooter or motorcycle...very good bakery right round the corner, Takis, stock up for your picnic.

After 2 attempts to book their services, somebody finally reached out to me and we were able to get things rolling. The Bmw R1200gs I rented was almost brand new and was probably the last available vehicle due to the high demand of the summer months. The whole crew was welcoming and were attentive to ensure all safety concerns that may arise throughout my journey to the Peloponnese. The next time I will probably take advantage of their accommodated tours in Northern Greece, and enjoy more of the roads.

Everything went very smoothly, they even made some special arrangements so we could get the bike we were looking for. To be honest at first I was a bit surprised that they only offered third party insurance, but later talking to local bikers I found out this is a common issue with Greek insurance companies, so not really their fault. The bike was perfectly set up for two up riding (full luggage, comfort seat, 12v socket and screen), no issues at all with it during the trip. We had an amazing time riding some very good roads with beautiful landscapes. Totally recommended!!!
