★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Her HOME MADE cheese pie with honey is a MUST-TRY. The pie has a soft and creamy cheese filling, wrapped with a savoury crunchy pastry drizzled with honey, we had to order a second serving for takeaway because they are freshly made every morning. Her greek salad is made from fresh ingredients and you can definitely taste the difference. The view at this restaurant is also a plus point as it is located at a high point which overlooks the surrounding mountain and the villages.
We find this restaurant really genuine as she pour out her heart and make an effort into making her customers happy. Highly recommended if you are visiting the cave of Zeus nearby! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view of the Lasithi plateau Tea with home-made honey and thyme is a must, as is the pastry with honey. Reasonable prices for this touristic place. Friendly owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taverna has beautifull view, staff is friendly, place is near parking and cave. Prices look cheap, but if you take juice and other fruits proposed by waitress, it goes uo fast. Souvlaki looked amazing in menu, but we got tough pork meat, without any vegetables as shown. Feeling kind of ripped off.
