The instructors are very friendly and helpful!!!They will guide you to achieve your goals and at the same time to avoid any kind of injuries that can be caused during the work out. Moreover their spinning and TRX classes are amazing!!!! I full recommend you this place!Well done!!!!

I've been going to the gym for 3 years, my trainer and the owner Taso is the best, full of knowledge and incredibly friendly. All brand new equipment. By far the best gym around!
If you want to workout, even just for the day, i highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started in this gym about one year ago.I am very satisfied with the staff first of all,Tasos and George.There is new equipment.We have fun with the coaches.So, for me it's very important for my body and for my psychology.Thanks for that, especially the second guys!Of course,i recommend this to everyone!

The gym is fully equipped, it offers a variety of exercise options and it is always super clean! Going to this gym is so fun and motivating the it has become the best habit for me and my wellness!
