★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So it's not open 24 hours, there's a gate surrounding the area. No posted times, I arrived around 1:30 pm and walked around to find the gate, ended on the back side and the gate was closed from my view, so i walked around to find times at what I saw was the front gate. There was a guy peeing in the area, I think he was the watcher for the area, because he ran to the gate and locked it. Told me it was closed. Road a bus for an 1 hour and 30 minutes and can't get in. Well at least you can see the site through the bars. If you put your camera around the bars, you can get a decent picture.
