Lovely clean modern all inclusive hotel in an excellent position. Good selection of food on the buffet. Fresh bread daily. Fruit juice poor quality more like squash, alcohol is local and not great. A bar menu including a selection of cocktails would be useful. The majority of the staff are very welcoming and lovely, Magda is especially helpful on the reception desk. If your looking for trips 'our tours' was very good and reasonably priced, the more you book the better the deal. If your looking for somewhere nice to eat and fabulous cocktails I would recommend 'halfway house'

On arrival, we were greeted by a woman, I assume is the night time receptionist, who had a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp but overall, was very friendly. All the staff we met on our stay were so pleasant and welcoming, and even had inside jokes with all of us by the end of the week. Our rooms were spacious with a beautiful balcony that overlooked the downstairs pool and basically the whole of Zante thanks to the big hill the hotel is built on. The food was brilliant but toward the end of the week started to become very “samey” but I image that’s more so because we are at the end of season. The weather was beautiful all week and it’s not a far walk from other activities. There was music played in the downstairs bar every night and sometimes a live musician again, the hotel activities are probably were frequent and varied if you are to come earlier in the season. The beach is not too far down the road around 10/15 min walk and it’s also attached to the sister hotel meaning you can use their facilities, as always there is someone attempting to get you to pay for the sun loungers on the beach but some of them are free to use as they belong to the sister hotel. I would recommend going to near by mini golf course, lovely staff and the cocktails are incredible and it isn’t that expensive either. Overall I would give the Tesoro hotel 9/10 and would recommend anyone go for a nice quiet relaxing holiday

We have just returned from a weeks all inclusive holiday here and had a fabulous time! The rooms were clean and modern and staff were super friendly and efficient. Location wise the hotel is a 2 min walk from all the shops, bars and restaurants and a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. The drinks on all inclusive were local spirits, beer and wine which were all very good and strong measures! The food was delicious with a good variety and always offering a constant supply of food available with the snack bar. The only thing that could have been better was the entertainment but other than that we had an amazing holiday in a lovely quiet and chilled hotel with lovely helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is clean, they cleaned the room daily leaving the room inviting. The hotel staff were friendly helpful and couldn’t do enough for you, the food was lovely good choice and selection. The only minor criticism was as it was the last week they ran out of ice cream, entertainment was limited but again last week so it was quiet and only a few guests left. The little touches like towels provided daily, towels on some sun beds was a wonderful touch, we would definitely recommend, and previous comments stated no hot showers we had hot water whenever we used this a lovely small hotel with lovely staff

This is a solid three star hotel – not a four star as they advertise themselves as, for sure. We stayed at this hotel for one night due to our chosen hotel nearby not having availability on our first night in Zakynthos. The board was all-inclusive at £63pp so a reasonable price to be honest. The room was modern and plainly decorated. Our room felt small and looked directly out onto the upper level bar terrace. Fine for one night, but I wouldn’t be happy if I was staying longer. The aircon and toilet were ropey and need maintenance attention. The door didn’t properly close either which was worrying. The food in the hotel was not great. We had lunch on arrival which is served in large trays and was poor quality all-round. Likewise at breakfast – I barely ate anything as a result. We went out for dinner down in Tsilivi. During the day snacks are offered in the form of hot dogs, fries and cold sandwiches - all from a self serve cabinet so these were luke warm and stale in the end. Food is self-service but you need to use a plastic glove to use the serving forks due to COVID. There is a bar which serves drinks throughout the day. The sodas were not ‘Coke’, ‘Sprite’, etc. so did not taste great at all. The beer was fine though and there were a number of cocktails to choose from. All drinks are served in plastic cups which felt low quality and not great for the environment. At night there was a musician playing a keyboard by the pool. I hate to be this person, but he was comically rubbish. The few drunk people sitting nearby seemed to enjoy him though so fair play. The staff felt lukewarm in their kindness. Some were fine and others didn’t look like they wanted to be there. The place did seem to be running on very few staff - no bar open on the upper terrace for example. Empty cups were left around the pool for ages as there was no one actively cleaning. Location wise, the hotel is a stone’s throw from Tsilivi’ bars and restaurants which is great. Be prepared for a short climb up the road on your way back though. It was quiet around the hotel though which was appreciated. Overall I personally wouldn’t stay here again, but others seemed to be having the time of their lives here - I suppose it just depends on what you value in a hotel and your budget. There are much better all-inclusive resorts nearby which provide better quality experience for not all that much more.

The Tesoro hotel is really nice, the building is new, the staff was really friendly and there were a lot of food variations. The hotel is located not far from the beach and yes there is a climb up to the hotel, but if you can walk properly there is nothing to worry about. We really enjoyed our stay here, the cocktails were great and the pool on the upper terras has an amazing view. The hotel is quite “adults only” as for kids there is not much to do, so if you want a place to stay without many children this would be a good hotel.

Best hotel in Zante! Staff was so nice and helpful. The food was fantastic, with so many good options with an impressive list of desserts. We would definitely be back!!
