★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Kirche ist jetzt nicht außergewöhnlich aber trotzdem schön. Das Drumherum ist allerdings wirklich beeindruckend. Ein sehr ruhiger und mystischer Ort der im Schatten riesiger Bäume zum Verweilen und Energie tanken einlädt.
The church is not exceptional yet beautiful. The trappings are really impressive. A very quiet and mystical place in the shade of huge trees to linger and recharge your batteries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von der Straße den abbiegenden Weg nehmen. Nach kurzer Zeit erreicht man die kleine Kirche.
Durch den weiter führender Pfand kommt man zu den Grabkammern, von denen einige eine beachtliche Größe haben und teilweise recht gut erhalten sind.
Unterhalb der Kirche eine wundervolle uralte Platane. Ein bezaubernder Ort. Im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes.
Take the path that turns off the street. After a short time you will reach the small church.
The additional deposit leads to the burial chambers, some of which are of considerable size and some of them are quite well preserved.
Below the church is a wonderful ancient plane tree. A lovely place. Literally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful and very important religious place, "combined" exceptionally with the curved tombs of the ancient necropolis next to it! Well-preserved, surrounded by the forest and the (now famous) incredibly gigantic plane tree. You can find the Church by walking down the short path next to Argyroupolis entrance. There is a sign at the start of it. Not to be missed! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a walk over uneven terrain to get to this lovely church but well worth it! Beautiful small very old church with a natural water spring just behind it on the right. No allocated parking and very hidden away, you don't realise you are at the right place. Blink and you miss it as it is down what looks like a small private back road. Hugely recommend!
