09:40 I went to my laptop, without knowing what was happening. Almost nothing worked and I was in a hurry because of my job, for which I use it. 13:00 I received it after format. Flawless service and very reasonable price.

Had two different PCs not booting and they helped isolate and fix the issue.
I'd recommend to explain the issue you have and steps you did to get there so they can have a better understanding of what's going on.
Had another PC the other time where i bent the CPU pins and they straightened them saving me tons of money and time for getting new parts with the shortage of circuits going around, all while charging minimal prices for the services they provide.
Fixed devices without doing unnecessary formats on hard drives.
Recommending definitely.
