The room is relatively large. the staff are very helpful and kind which makes this place peaceful and pleasant. The breakfast on the terrace was particularly pleasant with a very discreet employee and very helpful. We will probably come back during another trip to Rania.

Maria was so considerate and helped to change our original booking as an issue had arisen with our plans. The rooms were a great size and the beds were so comfortable. Reception was great with recommendations on where to go. Would definitely recommend!!

Just on the street where Ionas hotel is located there is a great Italian restaurant Ginger that is worth visiting! Rooms are spacious, clean, cosy and have an air conditioner. Big comfortable bed. Every day a bottle of water is granted in the room (for free). There is also a minibar and a teapot in the room. The safe is very small, we didn't manage to put a laptop inside(( Bathroom is big. We had a shower. Breakfast does not have big variety (ham, cheese, Greek yogurt with toppings, boiled eggs and some sweets).
M	Maria Campo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great stay at Ionas! We stayed a whole week in Chania in July (absolutely marvellous). Ionas is family owned which makes it so much better. We arrived at 1 am and the son came to help us checkin and everyday they made sure we had enough sunscreen and encouraged us to wear our hats so we wouldn't get sunburned! We daily had breakfast which was specially catered with Gluten free options, they were so accommodating and helpful with restaurants, clubs, and so many recommendations ALL around the island. We felt very taken care of. AC worked great, the room was a little small but it got smaller because of all our clothes, so be sure to book a bigger one if you pack 332942 outfits. Top terrace was so cute. So central, quiet, clean. We really enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again.
