Άψογο αποτέλεσμα τα κορίτσια δεν άφησαν ούτε χνούδι, χωρίς πόνο, χωρίς κάψιμο χωρίς τίποτα άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά έφυγα δίχως ίχνος τρίχας με απαλό και λείο δέρμα!!! Σίγουρα κέρδισαν μια πελάτισσα!!! Αξίζει Great environment. . . All services are impeccable. . !!! Especially in the hair removal I was very happy !!! All the girls inside were very kind and with a lot of appetite for what they do !! in the hair removal, for the first time I was not in pain at all, and my skin was treated so well there, that I did not see even half a redness! light hand and result with incredible duration !! Η εμπειρία μου στο κατάστημα της (Αγίας Σοφίας 7) πολύ άσχημη, όσον αφορά την υπεύθυνη του Ινστιτούτου. Πήγα να κάνω ημιμόνιμο (ημέρα Τρίτη) και τα κορίτσια που εργάζονται εκεί μου φέρθηκαν με πολύ ευγένια (γενικά η κριτική μου δεν αφορά τα κορίτσια που μου έκαναν μανικιούρ). Την Πέμπτη της ίδιας εβδομάδας παρακαλώ, δηλαδή μετά από 2 ημέρες περίπου, άρχισε να φεύγει 1 προς 1 κομμάτια από τα νύχια μου. Εγώ κάνω ημιμόνιμο γενικά σε ειδικές περιστάσεις, έτσι και τώρα είχα ταξίδι και είπα να περιποιηθώ τα νύχια μου. ΕΙΧΑ ΤΑΞΙΔΙ. Τι έγινε μετά? Πήγα μετά από 20 περίπου ημέρες να κάνω αφαίρεση και το ανέφερα με κανέναν άλλον σκοπό, απλά και μόνο για να τους δείξω πως το ημιμόνιμο με σχέδιο στα 2 νύχια (μόνο) κόστους 20€ δεν άξιζε ούτε 5€. Η κοπέλα, μου είπε πως θα ενημερώσει την υπεύθυνη. Την ώρα που ήμουν μόνη μου (και αυτό ήταν που με ώθησε στο να γράψω κριτική) και περίμενα κάποια λεπτά με το ασετόν (έτσι όπως επιβάλλεται), αφού ενημερώθηκε, ήρθε η υπεύθυνη να με "σταμπάρει" όπως κατάλαβα, γιατί ούτε με ρώτησε κάτι, ούτε μου μίλησε γενικότερα, απλά ήρθε 'και καλά' να πάρει κάτι από το συρτάρι λες και εγώ ήμουν η χαζή πελάτισσα!!! Όταν επέστρεψε η κοπέλα, την είχε βάλει η υπεύθυνη να με ρωτήσει "Μα!!! γιατί δεν ήρθατε νωρίτερα? Αν ερχόσασταν θα το κάναμε?" Ποιο να κάνατε κυρία μου? Αυτό που έφυγε την Πέμπτη? την Παρασκευή? το Σάββατο? ποιο από όλα? Μήπως δεν θα έπρεπε να πάω ταξίδι και να έρχομαι κάθε ημέρα να μου κάνετε τα φρεσκοβαμμένα χαλασμένα νύχια μου? Δεν έδωσα συνέχεια, είπα πως έλειπα και χαμογέλασα. Εντέλει η υπεύθυνη δεν ανέλαβε τις ευθύνες της ως όφειλε παρά με περίμενε στην reception νομίζοντας πως εγώ θα κάνω φασαρία!!! Όχι κυρία μου, δεν θα έκανα εγώ φασαρία, γιατί εσείς δεν ξέρετε να συμπεριφερόσαστε απέναντι στους πελάτες σας, δεν θα γίνω επαίτης για τα νύχια, ούτε ήταν αυτοσκοπός μου, να μου κάνετε δωρεάν περιποίηση. Συγγνώμη για το 'κατεβατό', όσοι θα διαβάσετε, αλλά είναι η 1η φορά που γράφω κριτική (δεν το συνηθίζω!!!) και ήθελα κάπως να τα μεταφέρω με όσο περισσότερη ακρίβεια μπορούσα. I do semi-permanent in general on special occasions, so even now I had a trip and I said to take care of my nails. I had a trip. What happened next? I went after about 20 days to do a subtraction and I mentioned it for no other purpose, just to show them that the semi-permanent design with 2 nails (only) cost 20 € was not worth even 5 €. The girl told me that she would inform the person in charge. While I was alone (and that was what pushed me to write a review) and I waited a few minutes with acetone (as required), after being informed, the person in charge came to "stamp" me as I understood, because he did not even ask me anything , he did not speak to me in general, he just came 'and well' to get something from the drawer as if I was the stupid customer !!! When the girl returned, the person in charge had asked her "But !!! why didn't you come earlier? If you came we would do it?" What to do my lady? What left on Thursday? the manufacture? on Saturday? which one? Shouldn't I travel and come every day to have my freshly painted nails damaged? I did not follow up, I said I was missing and I smiled. Finally, the person in charge did not take on her responsibilities as she should, but waited for me at the reception, thinking that I would make a fuss !!! No ma'am, I would not make a fuss, because you do not know how to treat your customers, I will not be a beggar for the nails, nor was it my goal, to treat me for free. Sorry for the 'down', those of you who will read, but this is the first time I write a review (I'm not used to it !!!) and I wanted to convey them as accurately as I could.

Mind you my mother is an esthetician so i grew up getting waxed frequently and i have never had an experience like this . i went for a bikini and they burned and bruised me and charged be for a Brazilian. The first women had no idea what she was doing and called someone else in after 10 minutes. when the second lady arrived she didn’t apologize or anything and just contributed to wax me. very disappointed and in pain
