A	Alex Koper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, where the main building has a more luxurious vibe than the second building. Good breakfast with wide assortment of food. Very friendly staff. Nice but not very exotic pool. Guests quickly claim the sun beds. Rooms are good and clean, and if anything needs service, it is done quickly. Walking distance from the beach, restaurants and bars and supermarkets and other shops.
I	Irina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful 11 nights stay for our honeymoon in this great hotel. We booked a superior room with outdoor jacuzzi and were upgraded to the suite. Along our stay if we had any questions or requests they were answered kindly and professionally. Hands on, this was the nicest team that I ever came across in a hotel. Everyone are extremely nice and professional, really helpful reception team and the amazing public relations manger Heleni, that did everything to make us happy with our stay and treated us very kindly and personally even though she had hundreds of other guests to take care of. We LOVED it. Will be happy to come back :)

The staff work so hard, yet they are friendly and highly professional. They definitely been trained in excellent customer service skills. We only booked breakfast and there is plenty of choice. The lady who coordinates the breakfast staff (lady in black suit) is excellent and highly professional, friendly and polite. I did make use of gym, basic but it would do... I needed extra blankets as i was sharing room with my male friend which they provided and i needed a ironing board and iron which they provided. Believe it or not, i had the best sleep ever at this hotel. I don't really well in hotels... So thank you. Thank you all staff ❤️??

Food was delicious and more than enough to choose from, even for a difficult eater like myself. Rooms were spotless, modern, romantic and well designed. The only problem was the all-inclusive drinks. I have managed bars as a career all of my life, and the drinks unfortunately were...... undrinkable. The hotel did give a 20% discount to the drinks that were not part of the all-inclusive menu, and the prices for the brand name drinks were much cheaper than the bars and restaurants outside of the hotel. I can honestly say that this place is a must to visit when you're in Rethimno !!
M	MariMaroulaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just excellent. Perfect spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable room. Big double comfortable bed. Spacious balcony. Spotless room, facilities, and communal spaces. Large variety of buffet breakfast. As it is next to the beach, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants I wouldn't use a car in the area because 1. you can get anything you need within 5 minutes walk max and 2. it is difficult for parking in the area.

The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen,with so many different options. The pool area is huge and no problem finding an available sunbed. Sometimes the wait to get your drink order by the pool is a bit long, but all in all a great experience.
