B	Bill Kostaras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ φιλικοί οι άνθρωποι που τρέχουν αυτή την επιχείρηση.Πολύ όμορφα και γραφικά τα δωμάτια με παραπάνω απ τα απαραίτητα που χρειάζεται κάποιος για να μην ξοδέψει απίστευτα χρήματα σε φαγητό έξω. Δροσερα το βράδυ και πανέμορφα στο μπαλκόνι.Ήταν απίστευτα ήσυχα παρόλο που το Λειβάδι που έχει τα αναγκαία(Supermarket,Φούρνο,Καφέ,Εστιατορια,Βενζινάδικο) βρισκόταν σε απόσταση 5-10 λεπτά.Οι καλύτερες παραλίες του νησιού βρίσκονταν το πολύ μισή ώρα απόσταση.Μας κέρασαν όμορφα λαδοπαξίμαδα και μας αποχαιρέτησαν θερμά.Δεν θα φανταζόμουν κάποιο ιδανικότερο κατάλυμα για τις διακοπές μου στα Κύθηρα. The people who run this business are very friendly. The rooms are very beautiful and picturesque with more than what one needs in order not to spend unbelievable money on food outside. Cool at night and beautiful on the balcony. It was incredibly quiet although the Meadow that has the necessary (Supermarket, Bakery, Cafe, Restaurants, Gas Station) was at a distance of 5-10 minutes. The best beaches of the island were at most half an hour away. They offered us beautiful oil rusks and said goodbye warmly. I would not have imagined any more ideal accommodation for my vacation in Kythira.

V	Vaios Nikolitsas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who run the business are friendly and the rooms are clean although they are a bit old-fashioned but if you just need a bed to rest at a good price, you don't really care about that. If you have a car, motorbike or bicycle, you will be in a good location so you can explore the island but it's not possible to go to the beach on foot as from this location you can't even see it! You don't really feel like you are on an island but in the middle of a valley. But if you want to spend cheap holidays and you don't mind driving or biking to the beach, then this is a good option for you!

Room has shower with hot water, air conditioning, small fridge with freezer, cooking facilities, cutlery. The best thing is that is sooo peaceful, you wake up in the morning with tens of birds singing, no noise, no cars, nothing. All rooms look to the west, this means they dont get very warm from early. Rooms in the last building ( 105, 106) overlook a beautiful garden full of olive trees, fruit trees and more...A paradise!! Another plus is that it is located about 1 km from Livadi's center, where you have few restaurants, gaz station, pharmacy, two supermarkets , rent-a-car agency. Easy access to Kalamos and to all southern beaches. We def recommend
I	Ingela Allard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great budget hotel just outside of Livadi and a very friendly owner, Michalis. We stayed in room 105, which was perfect with a small kitchenenette, nice balcony and very clean. The location is perfect, close to beaches and good taverns not too far away. Highly recommended!
