★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φιλοξενία / hospitality and staff smiling, will of personnel (family business) to fulfill ad'hock requests (e.g. crib for the baby, after check out I got access to a staff's room (no charge) for sleeping the baby, safe parking area for 3 bikes), vicinity of Rethimnon downtown, great refurnished big comfortable room for 5 people, pool facility, growing vegetables area and cleaningness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel ever ! Do not stay here if you want nice and peaceful holidays, and not suffer the incompetence of the hotel manager. Its really far from the city, the pool is dirty and not nice. It ruined our holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and ideal location for the beach/restaurants and bars. Pool is good for a dip but could be slightly cleaner if I was being picky. 25 min walk down to the main area but is a nice evening stroll. Alternatively jump on a lime scooter (quicker and fun/cheap). Would recommend this air BnB when staying in rethymon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice family hotel. It's a quiet and clean place to stay. The owners are super nice. They were happy to help with anything and resolved any issues we had pretty fast (for example an extra blanket). Also, they gave us fresh food from their garden and agreed that our check out will be a bit later. So nice :)
It's a little bit farther than other hotels but you don't really feel it. Five minutes to the beach and and 2 min to a big super market and pharmacy.
I liked that there is not a tiny pool you can use any time. The only thing I didn't like is a small shower. But even 5 stars hotels have small showers, so not a big problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice small accommodation just 2 minutes from the beach. The owners are extremely nice and very helpful. They try to help you with everything they can. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. They even cleaned the dishes.
I will definitely come back.
