★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was standing in line with an infant for 90 minutes to receive the car. Received an infant seat, which they were charging 5 euros per day, that I would not place my dog in, definitely not a 2 month baby. Filthy, overly used and with no infant protection whatsoever. We had a friend that rented with avis and she had her car waiting for her at the port and someone also to pick it up when she left. Next time I will try avis.

I have had a little crack (due certainly to another car on a parking), and they didn't charge me for that.
I recommand.

this is not just a car rental this is a full service feelgood agency! Even filling the rental forms is fun with Stavros, one of the managers who also gave us great recommendations for Naxos. Costas was super helpful when we wanted to prolongue our rental later. Just one call, no hassle, extremely fair and trustful!
Instead of booking through car hire brokers, better call them directly. In most cases they can give you a better price since they save high provisions of the brokers.
I never ever had a better experience with a car rental than here!
