Η θέα από εκεί ψηλά θα σας ανταμείψει. Επίσης υπάρχει δυνατότητα να ψήσετε τα κρεατικά σας εκεί και να περάσετε τέλεια. Η απόσταση είναι περίπου 1900 μέτρα και θα χρειαστείτε περίπου 45 λεπτά για ανάβαση και 30 λεπτά κατάβαση. Και κάτι το οποίο δε κατάλαβα, υπάρχει κάτω από την εκκλησία μια γεμάτη δεξαμενή με νερό, πολύ δροσερό από το οποίο ήπιαμε κιόλας. Δώρο Θεού!!! U	Unknow User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach holpriger Anfahrt endete die Straße mit kaum vorhandener Wendemöglichkeit in einer Sackgasse. Es ist besser, wenn Sie das Auto auf halber Strecke parken. Vom "Parkplatz" aus haben wir 45 Minuten für den Aufstieg gebraucht. Es war ein magischer Moment, als wir an der Kapelle ankamen und sich vor unser der Blick auf Heraklion erstreckte und ich kam aus dem Staunen nicht mehr heraus. Es ist ebenfalls ein WC und ein Grill vorhanden. Für den Abstieg benötigten wir lediglich 30 Minuten und hatten einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Nehmen Sie unbedingt pro Person mindestens eine große Flasche Wasser mit und ziehen Sie festes Schuhwerk an. Wir können dir Wanderung sehr empfehlen. It was a magical moment when we arrived at the chapel and the view of Heraklion stretched in front of us and I couldn't stop being amazed. There is also a toilet and a grill. For the descent we only needed 30 minutes and had a wonderful view of the sunset. Make sure you take at least one large bottle of water with you for each person and wear sturdy shoes. We can highly recommend a hike.

The fact that you can see it from anywhere nearby also adds to it popularity. The path itself is rather tough one, but it is doable. Wouldn't recommend to a family with kids. Also in early part of the path do not try to look for shortcuts. You'll more likely to end up lost, surrounded by goats, sheep and dogs in the middle of nowhere.
