★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional Cretan cuisine in a small tavern nearby the Rouvas forest. Everything we had was very well done and the owner was very friendly and polite. We tried bourboulista snails which is the trademark of the tavern, the local omelete with potatoes, vegtables and tomato which was like a big super tasteful pie and beef steak which was super tasteful too. Do visit if you are around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUST DO!? Little gem sort of in the middle of nowhere. Very cozy home-like greek atmosphere. And the home-made wine, the coffee, super authentic home-made delicious food, the music.. very genuine experience. P.s. google location seems to be off, just drive into the village, you’ll see the tavern.

The price for four people 70 euros. Couldn’t pay with the card problem with the pos! The service is great!!! Suggested!!!

Relatives of the owners spend their time there making you feel very welcomed and making the atmosphere very relaxed and home-like.
