★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύ ακριβό. Οι υπάλληλοι αγενείς δε θα το συνιστούσα. Πελάτης χρόνια πήγα ένα pc για επισκευή. Τηλεφωνικά μου είπαν ότι θα έπρεπε να το στείλουν στην Αθήνα, καθώς οι ίδιοι δε μπορούσαν να το επισκευάσουν. Μόνο για να το στείλουν μου ζήτησαν 90 ευρώ. Πήγα το πήρα πίσω και το πήγα σε άλλα δύο καταστήματα, το ένα ήταν η media markt, όπου η υπάλληλος με ενημέρωσε ότι θα το έστελνε για επισκευή σε συνεργάτη τους. Τελικά πήρα την απάντηση ότι δεν επισκευάζεται καθώς ο τεχνικός που το είχε αναλάβει αρχικά του είχε κάνει ανεπανόρθωτη ζημιά. Το παρέλαβα και από εκεί και το πήγα και σε άλλο κατάστημα για επισκευή, όπου και από εκεί πήρα την ίδια απάντηση. Το αστείο είναι ότι στη UNIPLUS τους είχα και σε εκτίμηση και γι'αυτό ήμουν πελάτης τους.
Too expensive. Rude employees would not recommend it. Client years I went to a pc for repair. I was told by phone that they would have to send it to Athens, as they could not repair it themselves. They only asked me for 90 euros to send it. I went and got it back and took it to two other stores, one was the media markt, where the clerk informed me that she would send it for repair to a partner. Eventually I got the answer that it is not repairable as the technician who had initially undertaken it had done irreparable damage. I picked it up from there and took it to another store for repair, where I got the same answer from there. The funny thing is that at UNIPLUS I had them in appreciation and that is why I was their client.

1. Έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού του τεχνικού προσωπικού.
Πήγα εκτυπωτή που είχαν "σφηνώσει" λάθος toner. Η εκτίμηση του τεχνικού, για την οποία χρεώθηκα και 20 ευρώ, ήταν ότι δεν μπορεί να γίνει τίποτα.
Με ελάχιστη δική μου προσπάθεια κατάφερα να τα αφαιρέσω μόνος μου. Το γεγονός αυτό απλά δείχνει ότι δεν ασχολήθηκε καν.
2. Έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού γενικότερα από το προσωπικό της εταιρίας. Δεν υπήρξε καμία απολύτως ανταπόκριση από την εταιρία όταν ενημερώθηκε γραπτώς για το συμβάν μέσω της ιστοσελίδας.
Εν κατακλείδι, εταιρία με παλιάς σχολής νοοτροπία τύπου δε βαριέσαι.
The company's rating is negative for two reasons.
1. Lack of professionalism of the technical staff.
I went to a printer that had "stuck" the wrong toner. The technician's estimate, for which I was also charged 20 euros, was that nothing could be done.
With a little effort of my own I managed to remove them myself. This fact just shows that he did not even care.
2. Lack of professionalism in general by the company's staff. There was absolutely no response from the company when it was informed in writing about the incident through the website.
In conclusion, a company with an old-school type of mentality does not get bored.
