Αναγκάστηκαμε να αλλάξουμε ρούχα που είχαμε αγοράσει στο κατάστημα τους σε άλλο κατάστημα της benetton. Δεν πρόκειται να επιστρέψουμε. Rude owners do not follow Benetton's policy of change. We had to change clothes we had bought at their store in another benetton store. We are not going to return.

Θα έπρεπε να λάβει σοβαρά υπ όψιν η εταιρεία τα παραπονα των καταναλωτών και να κλείσει το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Μας απαγόρευσαν την εισοδο γιατί είχαμε ένα σκυλάκι μαζί μας. Απολίτιστοι και χωρίς ίχνος ευρωπαϊκής κουλτούρας. Μετά από τόσα χρόνια που είναι πελάτης της εταιρείας, πλήρης απογοήτευση για συμπεριφορές σαν αυτές με 45 βαθμούς και χωρίς καμία ευγένεια. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNKNOWN! BENETTON'S DISGUSTING. The company should take consumer complaints seriously and close the store. We were not allowed to enter because we had a dog with us. Civilized and without a trace of European culture. After so many years as a customer of the company, complete disappointment for behaviors like these with 45 points and without any courtesy.

D	Dimitris Venios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά από την “ Κυρία “ με τα γυαλιά η οποία αν κατάλαβα καλα είναι ιδιοκτήτρια..πήγα σήμερα 31/12/21 να κάνω αλλαγή σε μπλουζάκια που μου έκαναν δώρο και αγοράστηκαν 30/12/21 και αρνήθηκε να μου κάνει αλλαγή με δικαιολογία ότι είχαν απογραφή.Όταν κανεις απογραφή “Κυρία” μου το κατάστημα είναι κλειστό για τους πελάτες ! όπως και να χει θα έπρεπε η εταιρεία να της αφαιρέσει τα δικαιώματα γιατί δεν είναι αξία να έχει τέτοιο κατάστημα και είναι μεγάλη δυσφήμηση για μια τόσο καλή εταιρεία ρούχων ! Αυτά και καλή χρόνια να έχεις ευχές από έναν πολύ καλό πελάτη που έχασες ! Unacceptable service unacceptable behavior from the "Lady" with the glasses which if I understood correctly she is the owner..I went today 31/12/21 to make a change in t-shirts that they gave me as a gift and were bought on 12/30/21 and she refused to make a change for me with the excuse that they had an inventory. When you inventory my "Lady" the store is closed to customers! Anyway, the company should take away its rights because it is not worth having such a store and it is a great disgrace for such a good clothing company! These and good years to have wishes from a very good customer that you lost!

K	Konstantinos B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service, the lady wouldn't let us find a gift since she was talking so much. She also wouldn't let us look at the folded clothes so she wouldn't have to fold them again. She said there wasn't a size while there clearly was. Absolutely terrible!
