He received excellent medical treatment and care in the 5 days he was in the hospital from all of the staff but in particular Dr Nikoleta in the Thoratic Department Thank you

They got it right with their diagnosys and made us feel safe at all times. A big thank you to the entire ER and Neurology department, Dr. Rodo, Dr. Erimaki, Dr. Boura... just to name a few. Efcharistou para poli!

I took my wife there and she had to stay for few days. because she speaks only English they start make joke on her in Greek and laugh front of her while I'm not there and laugh on how she left the USA and came to live in Greece I swear in the god I will never forget how she was calling me crying to come and take her out of there.

Especially the informal way of communicating and the personal approach. This together brings a lot of peace of mind to the patient. The employees around Dr. John Souglakos, the administration and the oncology department are also very committed and patient-oriented.

S	Stefan Ciocan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital we have ever been into. My 1 year and 5 months daughter had a bad stomach (diarheea and vomiting). We took her there as it was the only hospital opened at the time we decided to take her to the emergencies and let me tell you this: they kept her in for 2 nights, only gave her a drip with saline solution as they said she is dehydrated. After this she is still the same. Absolutely no change. Shes still not eating and still has diarheea. The nurses are a disgrace to the uniform. They couldnt care less about my daughter and wife. They had to constantly tell the nurses to check the drip as it was not working properly. On top of this now my daughter has a swollen hand from the badly applied drip. I would avoid this hospital at any cost, especially if you are a foreigner. Thanks for nothing.
M	Manos Kornarakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest hospital at Crete very professional personnel and very good equipment.The only problem is that you have to pay to park your car if you want to park close to the hospital.Very strictly measures for covid prevention and good security.
