Apart from the natural scars here are the people who inhabit it - the locals, foreigners like us and tourists. Chris Valianos is the man we wanted to recommend a house to us and fully meet our expectations.
Professionally - step by step, he organized and conducted the selection procedures, negotiations with the owners, overcame several obstacles of different nature and bought the chosen home. After buying the house, Chris continued to help us with everything related to maintenance, the payment of electricity, water, etc.......

We are extremely satisfied with the properties we purchased and the service we received from Christos with the closings and the legal proceedings. He did all the leg work from the price negotiation to tax office, lawyers and engineers...I was not even in Kefalonia when the offers were made. I went to Argostoli for a couple of days to sign the papers to complete the deals. It has been a pleasure doing business with Christos.
