★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отдыхали всей семьёй месяц у Михалиса. Очень понравилось. Хорошее место и очень радушные хозяева. 5 минут на машине до пляжика внизу. На пляже маленькая недорогая кафешка-бар. Вкусные сувлаки.
 The whole family rested for a month at Michalis. Loved it. Nice place and very welcoming hosts. 5 minutes by car to the beach below. On the beach, a small inexpensive cafe-bar. Delicious souvlaki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm and friendly hosts who go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Mike and Maria are special people! We stayed here as a group of 3 for a couple of weeks from September into October.
All essentials are provided, including internet access but no free WiFi. Not a big problem on a getaway holiday in Greece! Beautiful views from the roof terrace which is perfect for sunbathing. Small supermarkets and tavernas are a 5 minute drive away and it's in a great situation for exploring the eastern side of Crete.
A car is essential, though! Tons of parking! Toilet and shower facilities are ample for a small family group. Small but manageable. Access to roof terrace would be difficult for people with walking problems.
We enjoyed the experience of the real Crete!
