A	Alexia Papadopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθαρός χώρος, ευγενικό προσωπικό, πολύ καλές εγκαταστάσεις.. πηγαίνω χρόνια για διάφορες εξετάσεις στο συγκεκριμένο κέντρο.. Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω τα αρνητικά σχόλια.. οι μάσκες είναι μάσκες ο καθένας θα φοράει οποία μάσκα θέλει δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω τα κόμπλεξ μερικών ανθρώπων.. για πάτε σε άλλα διαγνωστικά κέντρα π.χ. στους Αμπελόκηπους και θα σας φανεί παλατάκι το Βενιζέλειο! Clean space, polite staff, very good facilities .. I go for years for various exams in this center .. I can not understand the negative comments .. the masks are masks everyone will wear whatever mask they want I can not understand the complexes of some people .. to go to other diagnostic centers e.g. in Ampelokipi and you will see Venizelio as a palace!
D	Dim Lagou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλύτερο διαγνωστικό της περιοχής μας τουλάχιστον! Γρήγορη και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση από την γραμματεία! Επίσης θα ήθελα να τονίσω πως έφερα το παιδί μου για εξετάσεις και η κυρία που έκανε την αιμοληψία είχε την ιδανική προσέγγιση για ένα παιδί 8 ετών! The best diagnostic in our area at least! Fast and polite service from the secretariat! I would also like to emphasize that I brought my child for examinations and the lady who did the blood sampling had the ideal approach for an 8 year old child!

Πέραν του ότι οι υπάλληλοι δε τηρούν τα μέτρα κατά του Covid και φοράνε τις απλές μάσκες που δε παρέχουν προστασία στην αιμοληψία δε ξέρουν ξα κάνουν τη δουλειά τους. Ζήτησα γενική αίματος και κάποιες επιπλέον εξετάσεις οι οποίες απαιτούν περισσότερο χρόνο για να βγουν τα αποτελέσματα. Με διαβεβαίωσαν πως τη γενική θα την εγώ σήμερα και παρόλο που έδωσα αίμα έρχονται μετά και μου λένε πως τελικά δε τα την έχω σήμερα και πως η υπάλληλος δε ξέρει τις διαδικασίες και έγινε λάθος. Προφανώς και χαρτί παραπόνων δεν έχουν για να συμπληρώσεις. Χαρτί παραπόνων ζήτησα και μου είπαν δεν υπάρχει.Μακρια από αυτό το κέντρο δε ξέρουν να κάνουν τη δουλειά τους . The worst center! Far away! Apart from the fact that the employees do not follow the measures against Covid and wear the simple masks that do not provide protection in the blood sampling, they do not know how to do their job. I asked for a general blood test and some extra tests which take longer to get results. They assured me that I would take the general one today and even though I gave blood, they come later and tell me that I finally do not have it today and that the employee does not know the procedures and something went wrong. Obviously they do not have a complaint paper to fill out. I asked for a complaint paper and they told me it does not exist. They do not know how to do their job away from this center.

When I went to do the exams the other receptionist said I only have two exams to do and was very rude about it she was trying to say that I didn’t understand what they said to me so I lost one exam I will never go again because most of the receptionists are rude.
