V	Virpi Ramark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air condition does something strange at night, cold, hot etc and in the morning you can`t breathe through your nose at all. Breakfast is not worth it. The man at the counter was very unfriendly, no good mornings, just ”two minutes”, not one. ? Coffee had a strange color and taste and with extra money you could have gotten yourself a decent cupper, the staff was taking that better coffee at the same time. All the staff in the kitchen too in the morning, including room service. The bathrooms are tiny and not well functioning. Not for me. Surprised by the good reviewing.
J	Joyce Ha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some rooms have fabulous views of the castle on top of hill, it is jus a short walk from hotel Victoria .. need to climb up 99 steps to reach top of castle on hill. Hotel is in the town with shops all around. Good location

My room was quite spacious with one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in hotels. Loved the olive oil based complementary soaps/shower gels. The cleaning ladies were more than happy to give you as many as you needed. All staff were very friendly really. I was given a room with lovely views but no balcony and I soon as I spoke to Mariangela in reception moving me was not an issue at all. Zisis, the gentleman at reception during the day was friendly, genuine and very polite. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of options and very good quality food. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean and staff were great but George & Henry were absolutely amazing - very helpful, kind and always asking if we needed anything, so welcoming every time we walked into the hotel. Location couldn't be any better, it was central to everything. You can walk everywhere for hours as the Piazza has so many shops, restaurants, bars, cafe's, etc. Seconds to the beautiful church and 2 minutes to the bus tour area which takes you to amazing sights. The best Loukoumades place right across the street and worth every calorie. Delicious Bougatsa served at the continental breakfast. Overall loved this place and it's in the perfect location
S	Sam Dunnington on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely balcony room. Was there as part of a group and the staff did so much to make all of us feel at home! Very convenient to the center of Old Town, the beach walk, and many restaurants. Strongly recommended!
