Το ξενοδοχειο προφανως μεσουρανουσε επι εποχης ΠΑΣΟΚ. Απο τοτε εχει να συντηρηθει. Στις 7 νυχτες διαμονης μπηκαν στο σπιτι 2 φορες μαστορες για να επισκευασουν α) την κλειδαρια της εξωπορτας που απο την 1η μερα δεν κλειδωνε καν και β) το air condition πυ εσταζε μεσα στο δωματιο πανω απο ενα επιτοιχο σποτ αναγκαζοντας μας να ρισκαρουμε ηλεκτροπληξια αλλα και να ζουμε το μαρτυριο της σταγονας. Η τοποθεσια ηταν ιδανικη αλλα η κατασταση των δωματιωνειναι τραγελαφικη. Προς γνωσιν οσων το επιχειρησουν.

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura dal 13 luglio al 20 luglio 2018. Avevamo una camera molto carina, pulitissima, comodo il letto, frigo e angolo cottura tutto funzionante, nonché del bagno che è munito di phon, l'unica cosa mancante è la tenda per la doccia, ma ci si lava ugualmente. Porta finestra dava sul giardino con vista bellissima sulla città e sul porto, dotata di tavolini, due lettini da sole e stendino. Villa ariadni è poco lontana dal centro, 3 km. circa una bellissima passeggiata, la sera alcuni tratti sono poco illuminati, ma una torcia va benissimo anche quella del telefonino, comunque se si vuole girare l'isola serve un mezzo qualunque per gli spostamenti. Pulizie effettuate tutti i giorni, con cambio lenzuola a giorni alterni. Il personale è presente dalle 8 circa del mattino fino alle 15 del pomeriggio ed è gentilissimo. La villa si trova in punto strategico, vicino a bar e ristoranti, aereporto che non da fastidio per nulla perché NON atterrano aerei tutti i gioni a qualsiasi ora, le discoteche sono lontane e non si sentono rumori molesti come qualcuno ha scritto. La villa è immersa nel verde e nel silenzio. Nella villa c'è una piscina molto bella, pulita e tranquilla, ci sono bagni e anche una doccia. È presente un bar ma non è funzionante, ma dato che si è sempre in giro alla scoperta dell'isola che è bellissima con spiagge bellissime non serve. WiFi funzionante sempre. Location consigliata.

Poo in the pool

Absolutely lovely little villa the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful I stayed in villa A1 and it was nice and clean has everything you need for a quiet holiday and is a 20 min walk from the port where everything is and a taxi back is about 10 euros

Rooms are clean. The view is great and even though the rooms are close to the airport there is no sound pollution. The prices are normal concerning the other rooms on the island. The staff is great and polite. Always there to help you. The WiFi is ok even though me and my friends had some times hard times surfing the web. The kitchen is basic but equipped with glasses and dishes. All in all, we had a great stay there

The room was small but had everything I needed.. The view from the balcony is amazing! The staff so nice, doing all with a big smile and good service. The pool is lovely. The only thing that in order to get to skiathos town you need a taxi or to rent a car, with a car it's 5 minutes drive, by foot I didn't even tried, I guess not less the 15 minutes walk. The taxi that takes you to the village is 7 euro per drive, fixed price. Over all it is worth the money I paid for 5 days.

Nice location and view. Overall I'm satishied cause I didn't spend a lot of time in the room. However, the room was humid and my roommates complained about the mattresses. The room service was friendly and the cleaning was decent (picture with the balcony view)

The good : very friendly staff, the room had an amazing view, they cleaned it every day and was very cheap. The small kitchen was decent equipped. The bad : the pool was just a big dirty hole with water, the beds were the worst we had ever seen. Very small, poor mattress and very huge and hard pillows. My neck hurts after every time I slept. The room also smelled weird because of the humidity. The room was very old.
