★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φανταστικό μέρος! Τεράστιες αυλές, κήπος, πισίνα και μπάρμπεκιου. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι με όλες τις απαραίτητες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και οικοσκευη, από καφετιέρες και τοστιέρα μέχρι πλυντήριο πιάτων και ρούχων, αλλά και στεγνωτηριο! 4 Υπνοδωματια, τρια μπάνια, κουζίνα με τραπεζαρία και δύο σαλόνια. Ο χώρος προσφέρεται και για ατομα με κινητικές δυσκολίες. Μειναμε για μία εβδομάδα 2 οικογένειες (8 ατομα) και ήταν η πιο αξιομνημόνευτη διαμονή μας στην Κρήτη!
 Fantastic place! Huge courtyards, garden, swimming pool and barbecue. It has private parking. Fully equipped home with all the necessary electrical appliances and utensils, from coffee makers and toasters to dishwasher and dryer! 4 Bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen with dining area and two living rooms. The space is also available for people with mobility problems. We stayed 2 families (8 persons) for a week and it was our most memorable stay in Crete!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Crete and Villa balsam for 2 weeks in 2021 summer. We were super happy with the place! And even more so of the help, gifts and warm welcome we got from lovely Eva and her family. Will note also that the views from the Villa over the valley & to the mountains are superb and the pictures don't really do them justice.
All in all, couldn't recommend more, a solid five-star place. Thank you for the holidays and will be visiting again!
