großartige Location, absolut empfehlenswert, toller Ausblick, schöner Pool, sauber, es gibt sogar eine Hauskatze :) gemütlicher Besitzer, einfach nur toll!

Замечательная семья владельца! Мы много лет арендовали эту Виллу! Спасибо Димитрас,Стелла, за вашу любовь ! Отличное , тихое место, уютно, чисто, очень добрые люди , хозяин и его семья. Скучаем по вам и до новых встречь!

Wunderschöne Villa, die sehr zurückgezogen und ruhig im Hinterland liegt. Insbesondere der Poolbereich ist sehr schön angelegt, da vermisst man keinen Strand. Alle drei Schlafzimmer jeweils mit eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage, draußen große Feuerstelle zum Grillen. Wir können die Anlage nur empfehlen.

It was the third time we have been visited the accomodation . We love that place beacause anytime we have been there we had wonderful holidays..???? The staf is very friendly and helpful, ready to satisfy our needs and solve any problem if it occurs to our holidays.??? The facilty has excelent quality of services..(unforgetable amazing barbecue nights ❤️??)..the villa is very clean and spacy. The swimming pool and especialy the garden is fantastic.. no need to visit the beach.?️⛱️? For us this destination is paradise, and is worth for our money, waiting the next time to be there again.. i reccomend it to everyone .

The Kalithea Villa, MICE in the house! - We found mice inside the House!!! If you are afraid of mice or you don't like their presence than don't rent the house! We couldn't sleep because of their presence in our room underneath the bed. The Owner didn't believe us, until we showed him the pictures of the mice and their poop around the house. - The villa managed by an agency who only want to rent the villa as expensive and soon as possible. First we arranged a price of €205 a night and later I just checked the payment details and they charged me 270€ - The Villa was not 100% clean, as it should be. All over the house we could find Spider webs at places you could expect to be clean like the kitchen en the bedrooms - After confronting them with those details, they didn't even reply to my mail. The owner blames the Agency for the communication and the agency don't reply. The view was nice, but because of the mice and the money issue a will definatly not recommend this villa to anyone. Nobody wants to sleep or live with mice in their villa! We stayed in september 2020.
