I stayed here for 3 nights back in May during a 18 day trip through Europe. This was, by far, my favorite place we stayed during our whole trip. The family was so warm and welcoming and did everything they could to make us feel at home. I hope one day I can return to Santorini, and if/when I do, I will definitely be staying at Villa Kasteli again.

Too friendly service, very clean and the best breakfast. Pretty close at the beach of Perissa.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Villa Kasteli. I got here well before check in time and was greeted, offered coffee, a map of things to see on the island and all with a big smile. The family goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. I love how this place is a hostel/hotel you get to meet a wide variety of people. The rooms are excellent and the entire place is very clean. Also it's very close to the beach and stores and restaurants.

I loved stayed there. the bedroom and bathroom was very clean. Also the lady who attended us was very very kind, like a mom. My only tip is to take a taxi, it does not leave so much more expensive than the bus. We arrived at the port and had to take 2 buses to arrive in Perissa, we spent 5 euros and lost almost 2 hours inside the bus. However by taxi would be 10 euros and we would get there in 20 minutes.

I've been 8 days in this place with my wife, and was really a pleasant and relaxing stay !! Vicky, the host, is really nice and kind, she will provide everything that you need and also a nice breakfast if you want :) the hotel is nice and clean, and only 50 meters from the beach of Perissa. I really recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay in Santorini for to spend a beautiful time on the Island.

This place has an amazing vibe. The travelers I met here were social and willing to share each other's experiences. It's pretty quite at night and even throughout the day, not a party place. The staff is super friendly and they make sure everyone feels comfortable and included. Shout out to Vicky, who is on top of every detail! The rooms are standard, with good air conditioning units, which is rather crucial in such a hot place. The location is very convenient as it's very close to the beach, restaurants, and there is a bus stop just outside the hostel. If you're looking for an authentic experience in the south of Santorini, I highly recommend this hostel.

A humble hotel+youth hostel run by kind people in traditional style. This is not the place for a honeymoon suite, but rather for a quiet place very close to the black beach and the bus stop. The morning breakfast on the patio is an opportunity to have a nice social event between guests at the start of the day that the proprietress takes pride in doing. Well-recommended.

One of those occasions when five stars just doesn't cover the experience. Looked after by beautiful people in a beautiful place. It felt like home.
