S	Sewastyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir haben das Zimmer gebucht welches im Kellergeschoss ist. Sauberkeit war okay, daran kann noch etwas gearbeitet werden. Schön wäre wenn Sie mehr Wert auf Sicherheit legen würden. zB wenn gewischt wird, dass ein Warnschild aufgestellt wird, es ist bei uns nochmal gut ausgegangen, aber es kann auch anders enden, vorallem wenn Kinder sich in Ihrer Unterkunft aufhalten. Desweiteren wäre es schön wenn Geländer vorhanden wäre, wenn man die Treppen runter geht, denn dort sind die Stufen abgerundet und es kam bei uns zum Sturz. ABER: Super war, dass täglich der Müll geleert wurde und immer neues Toilettenpapier im Bad war. Die Gastgeberin war immer im Haus und ansprechbar und bei jeden Wunsch gab die Damen ihr bestes um diesen umzusetzten und wimmelte uns nie ab Das Meer ist in ganz wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen DANKE für ALLES :-) Very nice hostess. We booked the room which is in the basement. Cleanliness was okay, this can still work something. It would be nice if you put more emphasis on safety. For example, if it is wiped that a warning sign is set up, it has gone out well with us, but it can also end differently, especially if children are staying in your accommodation. Furthermore, it would be nice if there were railings, if you go down the stairs, because there are the steps rounded and it came to us to fall. BUT: Super was, that daily the garbage was emptied and always new toilet paper in the bathroom was. The hostess was always in the house and approachable and with every wish the ladies gave her best to implement this and never swarmed us The sea is within a few minutes walk Thank you for everything :-)

Belle stanze, pulite, cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 2 giorni, cucina piccola ma comprensiva di tutto il necessario, aria condizionata inclusa, ventilatore. Stanze in continua manutenzione e rinnovamento. La posizione ottima sia per le 4 belle e fornite spiaggie a pochi passi, ma anche per muoversi con auto nei dintorni. A meno di 5 minuti da chaniá vecchia. Consigliatissimo. Very kind the owner, an American of Greek origin who manages the structure with her father. Nice rooms, clean, change sheets and towels every 2 days, small kitchen but including everything you need, air conditioning included, fan. Rooms in continuous maintenance and renovation. The excellent location for both the 4 beautiful and well-equipped beaches within walking distance, but also for getting around by car in the surroundings. Less than 5 minutes from old chaniá. Highly recommended.

The owner keeps it very clean and has arranged everything in the apartment with impressive attention to detail. Also, all of her suggestions of places to visit and things to do rocked! Thanks!
