C	Christosp1! Ppp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραία τοποθεσία. Όμως, δυστυχώς, όλα τα υπόλοιπα είναι "άστα βράστα"!!!Απογοήτευση! 1. Η πρόσβαση γίνεται από χωματόδρομο. (Πουθενά δεν αναφέρεται). 2. Έντονη και μόνιμη δυσωδία αποχέτευσης σε όλους τους χώρους του καταλύματος. 3. Έλλειψη επαρκούς κλιματισμού. (Το μικρό κλιματιστικό δεν επαρκεί για την κάλυψη των τετραγωνικών. Επίσης, η καθαρίστρια το έκλεινε όταν φεύγαμε, με αποτέλεσμα να επιστρέφουμε σε έναν "φούρνο". Το πρόβλημα ήταν πιο έντονο διότι μείναμε εκεί στις ημέρες του καύσωνα του Ιουλίου! Και μας έκλειναν το κλιματιστικό!Υποφέραμε!!!). 4. Δεν υπήρχαν αφρολουτρα κλπ. για όλους, ούτε και ανανεώθηκαν. (Την πρώτη ημέρα βρήκαμε για δύο άτομα και μετά τίποτα. Αγοράσαμε δικά μας). 5. Δεν υπήρχαν κλινοσκεπασματα για 4 άτομα, όπως είχαμε αναφέρει. 5. Δεν είχε ζεστό νερό με αποτέλεσμα τις δύο πρώτες βραδυες να κάνουμε μπάνιο με κρύο νερό!!! (2 γονείς με 2 παιδιά). ΤΟ ΧΕΙΡΌΤΕΡΟ: Ο διαχειριστής δεν ζήτησε ούτε μια συγγνώμη, αλλά αντίθετα, προσπαθούσε με φτηνιαρικα επιχειρήματα να μας πείσει "ότι δεν είναι αυτό που νομίζουμε"! ΣΥΜΠΕΡΑΣΜΑ: Α) Όμορφο νησί και θα ξαναπάμε. Β) Απαράδεκτο κατάλυμα, δεν θα ξαναπάμε!!!. Nice location. But, unfortunately, everything else is "boiled boils" !!! Disappointment! 1. Access is by dirt road. (Nowhere mentioned). 2. Intense and permanent stench of sewage in all areas of the accommodation. 3. Lack of adequate air conditioning. (The small air conditioner is not enough to cover the square footage. Also, the cleaner turned it off when we left, so we returned to an "oven". The problem was more intense because we stayed there in the heat of July! And they closed the air conditioner! We suffered !!!). 4. There were no shower gels etc. for everyone, nor were they renewed. (On the first day we found for two people and then nothing. We bought our own). 5. There were no bed linen for 4 people, as we mentioned. 5. There was no hot water so the first two nights we bathed in cold water !!! (2 parents with 2 children). THE WORST: The manager did not apologize, but instead tried to convince us with cheap arguments "that it is not what we think"! CONCLUSION: A) Beautiful island and we will go again. B) Unacceptable accommodation, we will not go again !!!.
m	maldive Forever on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è molto bella, in posizione panoramica, con una vista meravigliosa; c’è tranquillita e silenzio e la sera si può ammirare il cielo stellato. Il manager della struttura , Andreas, è estremamente professionale, gentile, disponibile, non avrebbe potuto fare di più per noi. Va però considerato che la struttura è abbastanza lontana ( oltre un chilometro ) da Avlemonas ( il più vicini centro abitato ) e quindi occorre la macchina per ogni spostamento . L’appartamento Per 4 persone, dove abbiamo alloggiato, è molto spazioso , accogliente , corredato di tutto il necessario. Qualche critica costruttiva: una struttura così bella, peraltro con un costo abbastanza rilevante, dovrebbe garantire l’aria condizionata in tutte le stanze da letto ( quando è molto caldo sarebbe necessaria) . Inoltre, nonostante la cucina sia ben attrezzata, occorrerebbe sostituire le pentole più vecchie. Infine, una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia giornaliera sarebbe auspicabile . The structure is very beautiful, in a panoramic position, with a wonderful view; there is tranquility and silence and in the evening you can admire the starry sky. The manager of the facility, Andreas, is extremely professional, kind, helpful, he could not have done more for us. However, it should be considered that the structure is quite far (over a kilometer) from Avlemonas (the nearest inhabited center) and therefore a car is required for each movement. The apartment for 4 people, where we stayed, is very spacious, welcoming, equipped with everything you need. A few constructive criticisms: such a beautiful structure, moreover with a fairly high cost, should ensure air conditioning in all bedrooms (when it is very hot it would be necessary). Also, although the kitchen is well equipped, older pots should be replaced. Finally, more attention to daily cleaning would be desirable.

C	Christopher Samios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andreas was attentive friendly host/manager - we rented the entire building (which is generally comprised of three apartments) in July 2019. The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable and felt authentic (that is also just the nature of Kythira). The view and grounds are simply fantastic. Access to Avlemonas is 2 minutes by car, have Skandia restaurant also very nearby in Poleapoli. I would highly recommend.
