★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραία απεριόριστη θέα! Συνδιάζει βουνό και θάλασσα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικός και δίνει απεριόριστες πληροφορίες για το νησί. Το κατάλυμα είναι κατάλληλο για χειμώνα και καλοκαίρι! Έχει μεγάλη αυλή και περιβάλλον χώρο για διάφορες εξωτερικές ασχολίες. Το εσωτερικό είναι ένα πολύ μικρό μονόχωρο δωμάτιο. Η κουζίνα του είναι υποτυπώδης με ελάχιστες παροχές. Τα κρεβάτια του αρκετά βολικά. Η τηλεόραση πολύ παλιά και μικρή!
Very nice unlimited view! It combines mountain and sea. The owner is very helpful and gives unlimited information about the island. The property is suitable for winter and summer! It has a large courtyard and surroundings for various outdoor activities. The interior is a very small one-room room. Its kitchen is crude with minimal amenities. Its beds are quite comfortable. The TV is very old and small!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato in posizione baricentrica nell’ isola di Kythira è vicino all’ aeroporto ed al porto di Diafokti dove arrivano i traghetti. Immerso in un grande giardino ben curato, dalla terrazza dell’ ultimo piano si vede un magnifico panorama. Pulizia giornaliera delle camere e cambio biancheria ogni tre giorni. Nel vicino paesino di Avlemonas si trovano mini market e taverne. A 5 minuti di macchina si trova la taverna “Skandeia “ dove si mangia ottimo pesce.
Located in a central position on the island of Kythira, it is close to the airport and the port of Diafokti where ferries arrive. Nestled in a large, well-kept garden, from the terrace of the top floor you can see a magnificent panorama. Daily room cleaning and linen change every three days. In the nearby village of Avlemonas there are mini markets and taverns. A 5 minute drive away is the tavern "Skandeia" where you can eat excellent fish.
