Όταν άλλη πελάτισσα τους ζήτησε το λόγο γι' αυτήν τους την συμπεριφορά, έγιναν επιθετικοί και προς την 2η πελάτισσα. Θλιβερή κι απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. D	Daphne NC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπηρξα παρούσα σε ενα πολυ ασχημο περιστατικο, οπου μια κυρια δεν μπορουσε να καταλαβει τι της εξησουσαν γιατι δεν ειμαστε ολοι εξοικειωμενοι με την τεχνολογια των τηλεπικοινωνιων και οι υπαλληλοι αντι να προσπαθησουν ηρεμα να βοηθησουν την ειρωνευονταν και μιλουσαν με απαισιο τροπο. Αν δεν εχετε υπομονη για εξυπηρετηση πελατων μην εξυπηρετειτε πελατες παιδια. Και οι αποπανω να δωσετε λιγη περισσοτερη βαση στην ανθρώπινη εξυπηρετηση αντι να τους πρηζετε με πωλησεις και στοχους για να κερδιζουν τα στελεχη. Κανω ενα εντιτ για να προσθεσω και τη δικη μου προσωπικη χειριστη εμπειρια, που πηγα προσφατα με το αγορι μου να διεκπεραιωσω κατι για λογαριασμο στο δικο μου ονομα και ο υπαλληλος που μας εξυπηρετησε -ηταν και ο υπευθυνος αν δεν κανω λαθος- απευθυνοταν στο αγόρι μου, μιλουσε σαν να μην ειμαι καν μπροστα και τον ρωτουσε πραγματα που δεν ηξερε μιας κ επροκειτο για λογαριασμο δικο μου. Οταν δε ξεκινούσα να απαντησω με διεκοπτε επανειλημμενως. Τι να πω, ευτυχισμενο το 1950. I was present at a very ugly incident where a lady could not understand what she was being told because we are not all familiar with telecommunications technology and the employees instead of calmly trying to help her were mocking and talking in an awful way. If you do not have patience for customer service do not serve customers children. And the above to give a little more base to human service instead of swell them with sales and goals to earn executives. Το προσωπικό φιλικό, έτοιμο να σ εξυπηρετήσει και να σε βοηθήσει με την απαραίτητη τεχνογνωσία και με την απαιτούμενη ευγένια. Σημαντικό επίσης το εύκολο parking. Service experience !!! I visited the store on 13/01/2022. It is a brand new and spotless place. The staff is friendly, ready to serve you and help you with the necessary know-how and with the required courtesy. Easy parking is also important.

Πηγα για να αλλαξω αριθμο τηλεφώνου εφοσον ενημερώθηκα απο το τηλεφωνικό κεντρο οτι γινόταν με το καρτο πρόγραμμα που ειχα, τελικα οταν πηγα στο καταστημα μου ειπαν οτι δεν γινεται και κατευθείαν με εξυπηρέτησαν με άλλο πιο προνομιακό πρόγραμμα για να μπορεί να γίνει η αλλαγή αριθμού που ήθελα ! Πολύ γνώστες στο επάγγελμα τους όλοι οι άνθρωποι στο κατάστημα και πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί σε όλους τους πελάτες! Έμεινα παρά πολύ ευχαριστημένη! Μας εξυπηρέτησαν και εμενα και τον μπαμπα μου άψογα! Εχω να πω μονο τα καλητερα και το συστήνω σε ολους! Σας ευχαριστω θερμά!! Just amazing! I went to change the phone number after I was informed by the call center that it was done with the card program I had, finally when I went to the store they told me that it is not possible and they served me directly with another more privileged program so that the number change I wanted could be done ! Very knowledgeable in their profession all the people in the store and very helpful to all customers! I was very happy! They served me and my dad perfectly! I have only the best to say and I recommend it to everyone! Thank you very much!!
