x	xara nt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν υπάρχουν λόγια κουράστηκα να σας γράφω πια...και φόρμα συμπλήρωσα και επικοινώνησα..και στο κατάστημα πήγα να βγάλω άκρη...είμαι πάνω από 10 χρόνια πελάτισσα και απορώ γιατί μένω ακόμα σε εσάς...Νομίζετε όπως λέτε κιόλας ότι είστε η μεγαλύτερη εταιρεία στην Ελλάδα και νομίζετε ότι σας έχουμε ανάγκη....!! Κάθε φορά κάτι συμβαίνει ...και προσπαθείτε να καλύψετε την εταιρεία σας!! Λυπάμαι... There are no words, I'm tired of writing to you anymore ... and I filled out a form and contacted..and I went to the store to get an edge ... a	aris t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εδω και αρκετές ημέρες δεν έχετε κάρτες φορητοτητας για να αλλαξει κάποιος το κινητό από άλλη εταιρεία σε cosmote. Αλήθεια, δεν θέλετε νεους πελάτες? Αναρωτιέμαι.. Αναγκαζομαστε να καλούμε ξανά και ξανά, λες και δεν έχουμε άλλη δουλειά να κάνουμε, για κάτι που θεωρείται αυτονόητο για το έτος 2022. For several days now you do not have portability cards for someone to change their mobile phone from another company to cosmote. Really, you do not want new customers? I wonder.. M	Maria Hala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ταλαιπωρήθηκα δύο φορές στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα περίπου 45 λεπτά την κάθε φορά ,για να πάρω επιστροφη ένα μικρό ποσό από διακοπή του τηλεφώνου μου επειδή πήγα σε άλλη εταιρεία . Ενώ την πρώτη φορά ανεφερα στον προϊστάμενο ότι το ποσό επιστροφής να μου αφερεθει από άλλα τηλέφωνα που έχω επίσης στο όνομα μου ,εκείνος μου είπε πως δεν γίνεται και πρέπει να έρθω ξανά από την επαρχεία όπου μένω ή να εξουσιοδότησω κάποιον. Μετά από 10 μέρες λοιπόν ξαναεπιστρεφω να πάρω τα χρήματα μου και τότε λοιπόν μου λένε πως δεν γίνεται να μου τα δώσουν μετρητά αλλά θα τα αφαιρέσουν από άλλο τρέχων λογαριασμό μου .Έτσι λοιπόν έγινε..... Οταν πρόκειται να κάνεις μια σύνδεση σου βρίσκουν τρόπο να πάρουν την υπογραφή σου από μακριά ....όταν είναι όμως να σου επιστρέψουν χρήματα προσπαθούν να σε ταλαιπωρήσουν όσο δυνατόν περισσότερο....Γι αυτό λοιπόν και το 1 αστέρι.
