★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλασικό κατάστημα της εταιρείας... Δεν κάνουν κάτι λάθος, αλλά μου φαίνεται μια αδιαφορία για τους πελάτες από την πλευρά του προσωπικού.
Προτιμώ άλλο κατάστημα (της ίδιας εταιρίας) πλέον..
Classic store of the company ... They do not do anything wrong, but it seems to me an indifference to the customers on the part of the staff.
I prefer another store (of the same company) now ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα λόγω τεχνικού προβλήματος στη γραμμή ίντερνετ , ζητώντας ένα επιπλέον νούμερο τηλεφώνου κινητού και προσπαθούσαν επί 40 λεπτά να μου πουλήσουν πακέτο με διπλάσιο πάγιο από αυτό που πληρώνω, χωρίςνα λύνεται το πρόβλημα που είχα. Οι υπάλληλοι δεν είχαν καθόλου τεχνική κατάρτιση, ούτε βασική, καθώς δεν μπορούσαν να μου απαντήσουν σε απλές ερωτήσεις για το πρόβλημα που αντιμετώπιζα. Προτιμώ την τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση τελικά...δεν θα επισκεφθώ ξανά κατάστημα.
I visited the store due to a technical problem in the internet connection, requesting an additional mobile phone number and tried for 40 minutes to sell my package with twice the fee than what I pay, chorisna solved the problem I had. The staff had no technical training, no basic training, as they could not answer my simple questions about the problem I was facing. I prefer the telephone service in the end ... I will not visit a store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστο προσωπικό φιλικό, τα προγράμματα πολύ πιο οικονομικά από αυτά της cosmote, άριστες παροχές, λίγα προβλήματα στην αρχή με το lag, αλλά έχει φτιαχτεί το θέμα.
Excellent staff friendly, the programs much cheaper than those of cosmote, excellent facilities, few problems at the beginning with the lag, but the issue has been fixed.
