 Beautiful destination in the nature the plane trees unfold and in the cafeteria you can enjoy the river with ducks to eat traditional ice cream and drink coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friendly town with an interesting river and Venetian bridge east of town. Well served by buses to Sfakia on the south coast and Rethymno. Some interesting Tavernas and Kafenions......two we can recommend are "La Luna" Kafenion and "Adele" Taverna family operated and always welcoming.
