★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ιστορία της ύδρευσης της Θεσσαλονίκης από το 1890 και εντεύθεν. Ο μηχανολογικός εξοπλισμός έχει ιδιαίτερο ιστορικό ενδιαφέρον. Ατμολέβητες, κινητήρες diesel , ηλεκτρικές γεννήτριες, ηλεκτρικοί κινητήρες , αντλίες νερού κλπ ο χώρος του μουσείου είναι διαμορφωμένος εξαιρετικά σε ένα ευρύχωρο περιβάλλον. Η τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία, η ξενάγηση και η φιλοξενία υπήρξαν υποδειγματικες.
 The story of the water supply of Thessaloniki from 1890 onwards. Mechanical equipment is of particular historical interest. Steam boilers, diesel engines, electric generators, electric motors, water pumps etc. The museum space is extremely well designed in a spacious environment. Telephone communication, guided tours and hospitality have been exemplary.

A place full of history of both Thessaloniki and the way of life of the people at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century! Awakens memories!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά κάποιας κυρίας στην είσοδο του μουσείου σήμερα.Βρεθηκα εκεί όχι για επίσκεψη αλλά για να αφήσω ένα βιογραφικό.Στην ερώτηση μου , πού μπορώ να βρω κάποιον υπεύθυνο για να το παραδώσω μου απάντησε ότι αυτή είναι η αρμόδια. Το πήρε , το τσαλακωσε μπροστά στα μάτια μου και όταν ρώτησα γιατί το έκανε αρκέστηκε να μου ευχηθεί ειρωνικά καλή συνέχεια.Λυπαμαι που δεν συγκράτησα το όνομα της...
Unacceptable behavior of a lady at the entrance of the museum today. I was there not for a visit but to leave a CV. She took it, crumpled it in front of my eyes and when I asked why she did it, she simply wished me ironically a good continuation. I'm sorry I did not keep her name ...
