Ο καταρράκτης ονομάζεται Κρεμαστό Νερό και βρίσκεται στη Σαμοθράκη, στο νότιο και ανεξρεύνητο τμήμα της...
Το Κρεμαστό Νερό ευρίσκεται στη νότια ακτή της νήσου κι είναι προσβάσιμο μόνο δια θαλάσσης. Λέγεται έτσι επειδή είναι ένας καταρράκτης που πέφτει στη θάλασσα! Το χειμώνα, λόγω πολλών νερών, ο καταρράκτης δε γλείφει τα βράχια και πέφτει στον αέρα. Εξ ου και τ' όνομά του. Ο καταρράκτης αυτός καταγράφεται ως ο υψηλότερος στην Ελλάδα, 4ος στην Ευρώπη κι 11ος στον πλανήτη, αφού πέφτει από ύψος 180 μ.!
