il nous offert des bouteilles d'eau fraiches. Rien a redire.
 Our driver spoke excellent English and commented on the sites on our route from the airport to our hotel and advised us on museums to visit and some Greek specialties.
he offered us fresh water bottles. No complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hotel send me the link to book my airport transfer from Welcome Pickups! I did not do my research and trusted the hotel's recommendations. No. 1 It turned out Welcome Pickups charged me EUR 40 for a trip whereas other companies charged less than EUR 30!!! No. 2 When I went to cancel the booking within 10 minutes of booking, they want to deduct 20% =EUR 8 already!!! No. 3, Actually they do not refund you!!! Every time I clicked on cancel the booking and refund the app and website just crash. There is no where to send an email or send a message to customer service!! Total scam. terrible!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a trip to Athens and it was our first time here. As a tourists transfers are important, you don’t know your way around the country. We booked welcome transfer which was the same cost of all other transportation company of 42 euros we booked less than 24hours. Their policy is that when a flight delayed the driver would is abreast of the situation as well as you can contacting them. Our flight was delayed twice and upon rescheduling the transfer they would were charging another 17 euros. We checked other transport and the delivery was the still 42 euros. We were chatting with the sales reps which were very RUDE and was informed that we would be inviting a charge of 20% deduction from our payment. We chose to cancel due to the customer service and go with another company which would have been the same 42 euros. We checked their website with same time and travel and the cost was 56 euro which was still 3 euros cheaper than what they were charging we have all the screenshots of all the situations.However upon canceling which was within 10mins of the customer service telling us that. They issued a refund of 20% only and was told in good will the company decided since it was less than 24hours. If your a traveller please do don’t book this service because any mishaps would cost you dearly and the customer service will sour the beginning of your vacation
