★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner went into the apartment whilst we weren’t home after telling us he wouldn’t service it until we left on the second day. He had already got a longer booking as by the time we got back he had already prepared the apartment for the next guests. He had agreed to an extra night but last minute into the evening messaged us and kicked us out. When we arrived he had gone through our personal belongings including packing our underwear into our baggage. He blocked us on booking.com and cancelled the booking so we couldn’t leave a review and charged us a 20€ cancellation fee even though it was him who cancelled, leaving us with nowhere to stay late in the day.
Awful Cumstomer service and complete invasion of privacy. Strange strange place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked the hotel for 3 days but we had the dates for our trip due to Covid. Hotel did not waive the 50% cancellation fee even though I cancelled 10 days in advance (their policy is 14 days). Most of the hotels are being flexible with this given the current circunstances but they are not. They ended up charging me £350 regardless. The place looks nice but I assume they are less concerned about customers than other places.

Experienced host, Christos sends recommendations ahead of stay and actively communicates via WhatsApp. Supplied me with generous amount of fruit and local pastry for breakfast. Was unaware there was a washing machine in the apartment! Kitchen is nice, shower is fab and bed has new foam mattress topper and pillows. Very clean. As they say, you get what you pay for! Definitely recommended!
