Gentlemen and the car they gave me in excellent condition!

A més van ser molt amables amb nosaltres en tot moment. L'últim dia fins i tot al deixar el cotxe ens van portar ells a l'aeroport després perquè no haguéssim de llogar un taxi. Molt contentes amb l'experiència. Repetiriem amb ells sense dubte. Un 10. Super good experience! We compared prices of different premises for rent in Milos and era e the best value for money. They were also very kind to us at all times. On the last day even when we left the car they took us to the airport later so we wouldn’t have to rent a taxi. Very happy with the experience. We would repeat with them without a doubt. A 10.

Au retour de la voiture , bien en avance et plein de carburant fait, la situation se dégrade très vite. Cette personne essaye de nous faire payer la peinture d’une portière abîmée. Nous protestons et heureusement nous avions fait des photos à la livraison. De très mauvaise grâce et sans aucune excuse de la part de la propriétaire l’affaire en est restée là. Je décommande cette adresse, car ceci a failli spolier nos vacances. The lady who takes care of us seems very nice and affable. When the car returned, well in advance and full of fuel, the situation deteriorated very quickly. This person is trying to charge us for the paint on a damaged door. We protest and luckily we had photos taken on delivery. Grudgingly and without any apologies from the owner, the case ended there. I am canceling this address, because it almost robbed our vacation.

A	Amandine R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very bad experience with Veletas during our stay in Milos. First of all, the car we received had over dozens of scratches all over, was old and not disinfected - and we very quickly signaled multiple problems by email. The clutch discs were used, smelled like burnt plastic and we also saw smoke coming off the car at one point. The owner wanted us to pay for 4 full days of rent when we only stayed for 3nights, but eventually agreed to decrease the total price. We got a problem with the handbrake which let to a nasty scratch on the bumper and we had to pay 150€ for reparations - for which we didn’t get any other price estimation. We had no choice but to pay on the spot, our ferry leaving 20 min later and the owner not speaking English very well. It was very difficult to communicate with them. The price of the rent was more expensive than what has been previously announced by email, which seems unfair since the car we got was clearly not in perfect conditions, as we experienced in other islands… Wouldn’t recommend - unless you speak Greek and you can negotiate.
