★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν εξυπηρετήθηκα.. πρώτα απ' όλα δεν απαντούσαν στο τηλεφωνο... Ήθελα να κόψουν την κάρτα μου από micro sim σε nano, και ήθελα να τους ρωτήσω αν μπορούν πριν πάω και χάσω το χρόνο μου. Πήγα τελικά, και μου είπαν ότι πρέπει να αγοράσω καινούρια sim nano, με 5ευρώ, θα περίμενα κάποιες ημερες και θα ακυρωναν την παλιά. Τελικά με εξυπηρέτησαν σε άλλο κατάστημα, οχι wind.., χωρίς να με επιβαρύνουν οικονομικά, σε 2 λεπτά. Τώρα ... Τι να τους πω ... Μια κάρτα τους ζήτησα να προσαρμόσουν .. τι στο καλό..!!
 I was not served .. first of all they did not answer the phone ... I wanted them to cut my card from micro sim to nano, and I wanted to ask them if they can before I go and waste my time. I finally went, and they told me that I have to buy a new sim nano, for 5 euros, I would wait a few days and they would cancel the old one. Eventually they served me in another store, not wind .., without charging me financially, in 2 minutes. Now ... What can I tell them ... I asked them to adjust a card .. what good .. !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εμπειρία μου απο το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα δεν ήταν ευχάριστη.
Αγόρασα ενα καινούργιο τηλεφωνο δωρο στην γυναικα μου για τα Χριστούγεννα και επειδη επρεπε να αλλάξει καρτα sim (micro) απευθυνθηκα στο κατάστημα.
Εκανα την αιτηση και παρελαβα την καρτα 27 Δεκεμβρίου.
Περιμέναμε οτι σε 2 μερες το πολυ θα δουλευε πλεον η νέα καρτα αλλα τελικα ακυρωθηκε και η παλια απευθυνομενος στο καταστημα μου ειπαν οτι φταιει η Wind λογω των ημερών και να κανω υπομονή.
Τελικα αφου τηλεφωνουσα καθε μερα (με χρεωση) στο 13800 μου ειπαν οτι εχει λαθος η αιτηση που εγινε απο το καταστημα.
Για να μην τα πολυλογω αλλο αφου ξαναεγινε η αιτηση φτάνουμε 8 Ιανουαρίου 2021 και ακομα η γυναικα μου δεν εχει τηλεφωνο!!! και περιμενουμε μετα απο 3η διορθωση της αιτησης απο το κατάστημα ακομα....
Το 2ο αστέρι το βαζω μονο για την φιλοτιμία ενος απο τους υπαλληλους που ασχοληθηκε για να βοηθησει.
My experience from this store was not pleasant.
I bought a new phone as a gift for my wife for Christmas and because she had to change her sim (micro) card I went to the store.
I applied and received the card on December 27.
We expected that in 2 days at most the new card would work now but it was finally canceled and the old one addressed to the store told me that Wind is to blame because of the days and to be patient.
Finally, after calling 13800 every day (for a fee), they told me that the application made by the store was wrong.
Not to mention, after the application was made again, we arrive on January 8, 2021 and my wife still does not have a phone !!! and we are waiting after the 3rd correction of the application from the store yet ....
I put the 2nd star only for the respect of one of the employees who worked to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καμία συνεργασία μεταξύ τους,ταλαιπωρούν άδικα τον κόσμο κάτι που ήταν αδύνατον γι αυτούς ήταν πολύ απλό για το υποκατάστημα της Ακρωτηρίου.
No cooperation between them, they are unjustly bothering the people, something that was impossible for them was very simple for the Akrotiri branch.
