★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι λένε και οι παραπάνω, διαβάζοντας απλά είδα ότι δεν είμαι η μόνη που κορόιδευαν κι αυτό με κάνει να νιώθω λίγο λιγότερο άσχημα.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ας ξεκινήσουμε με το γεγονός πως τα αρνητικά σχόλια που βλέπω δεν μου κάνουν εντύπωση και αντικατοπτρίζουν αυτο που ζω και εγω με τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία. Απο τις χειρότερες εξυπηρετήσεις που εχω βιωσει σε ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία. Έχουμε παραγγείλει απο 1/12/21 και ενω υποτίθεται ήθελε ενα μηνα για να σταλεί η παραγγελία ακομα και τωρα 2,5 μηνες μετα μας κοροϊδεύουν.. εννοείται πως τα χρήματα τα εχουν παρει απο την αρχη της παραγγελίας. Πολλές φορές στα τηλέφωνα δεν απαντάνε.. κοροϊδεύουν πως θα παραλάβουν σε λίγες μέρες και μετά είναι άφαντοι.. ο δε υπεύθυνος Βασίλης Παπαδόπουλος ισως συνηθισμένος στα παράπονα..ειναι αγενεστατος και χωρίς καμία πρόθεση να βοηθήσει τον πελάτη. Το μονο που προσφέρει ειναι ειρωνία και χλευασμό. Σε σχεση με άλλες εμπειρίες ηλεκτρονικών αγορων κανονικά θα εβαζα 0 αστερια, αλλα δε γίνεταιΘα ενημερωθεί και ο Σκρουτζ και ελπίζω το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα να σταματήσει να κοροϊδεύει πια τον κόσμο. Δεν το συνιστώ για κανένα λογο!
Let's start with the fact that the negative comments I see do not impress me and reflect what I live with this company. One of the worst services I have ever experienced in online ordering. We have ordered since 1/12/21 and while it supposedly took a month for the order to be sent, even now, 2.5 months later, they are making fun of us .. of course, they have received the money from the beginning of the order. Many times they do not answer the phones .. they make fun of the fact that they will receive them in a few days and then they are useless .. and the person in charge Vassilis Papadopoulos is probably used to complaints .. he is rude and without any intention to help the customer. All it offers is irony and ridicule. In relation to other e-shopping experiences I would normally put 0 stars, but it is not possible. Scrooge will also be informed and I hope this store will stop making fun of people anymore. I do not recommend it for any reason!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst company I ever had the bad luck to do business with. Stay away from them, they are not reliable. they cannot keep their promises for anything. STAY AWAY from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just finished renovated our home in Kea and when it came time to order the appliances we ordered all the kitchen appliances from this store. We had family arriving and thought 6 weeks would be enough time before they arrived. This company was the most dis-honest company I have ever dealt with. Never do they call you to say your delivery will be delayed we called probably 20 times and it was lies after lies. We ended up cancelling our dishwasher as 2 months later we still had not received it.
We had to cancel Airbnb guests as things had not arrived. Do not order anything from here, they do. not have appliances in stock but order well after you have placed your order with them.
They are rude and in my opinion should never be allowed to sell anything. Beware!!!!
