Highprized hotel, so we thought a good choice after being evacuated out of the burning arrea.Ok, we had high expectations. Worst thing Air condition did not work, besides others..( Wi-Fi,sinks clogged, 1bulb in the bathroom inop) Hotel phone did not work( due to fire in the country we were told) so going to the reception for the 3rd time, manager helped. He was looking for a new room, we were too exhausted to change. A restart made Wi-Fi work. A technician came and pushed a few buttons at our AC display.Should be cooler in a short time, he explained. When we came back from a fresh air walk,nothing had changed. We had a poor night sleep. I recommend to check and repair the function of the rooms before customers arrive. This would avoid customer disappointment in a highprized hotel.

We had a reservation for two sea-view rooms from 29/7 - 3/8. It was the worst holiday experience we ever had and completely ruined our summer vacations. 1. Cleanliness: On the day we arrived we realised the windows in one of the rooms were dirty. We thought of it as an accidental mistake and didn’t make a big case out of it. 2. Wifi / telephone: Soon we realised the wifi and telephone was not working in any of the two rooms. As we were planning to work from our laptops during our stay, we immediately asked the receptionist to take action and repair it. We were surprised to hear they were already aware of this issue but they didn’t inform us in advance. Thus, we had to use our mobile data to connect to the internet and the hotel staff only offered to give us a room during working hours so we can work from there but still had to use our own mobile data at all other times and even though they promised to fix the issue on multiple occasions, they never did. This was really inconvenient and costly. 3. Air conditioning: The air conditioning system was not fully operational from the first night. Even when we set it to the lowest temperature, the room was very hot. Around 11pm of our second night, the air condition system stopped working. This was extremely uncomfortable as these days Greece was experiencing a heatwave where temperature reached more than 40C degrees during the day. We never managed to sleep that night and hotel staff told us there was a problem with the central unit and part of the hotel was out of power for air conditioning. We tried to reach to the hotel’s general manager multiple times but he/she kept avoiding us so we never managed to talk to him/her. The high price you pay, combined with the low quality of services and bad attitude from management is the exact opposite of what you expect from a 5star hotel. Having our holidays ruined, we grabbed our stuff and left the hotel on the third day. The hotel offers nothing close to the 5star hotel they claim and I would surely never visit again.

5 star room in a 3 star service and surroundings! Starting with positive feedback: Fantastic room(garden view private pool) Polite staff And that’s it! Surrounding from 80’s restaurant and dining area obsolete and completely abandoned! Buffet and food terrible! Pool area dirty and sun Beds not enough to accommodate guests and torn! All in all the entire stay was in the room pool and dining in the nearby restaurants. Pitty because the rooms are great and a remodeling of the reception restaurants and surroundings wouldn’t cost as much for a great experience. Also staff needs to be upgraded in all aspects of a 5star hotel and don’t be so tired and old fashioned!

It's old (from the 70s and even earlier) and it's renovated, but still it has this old Greek movies character. For the kids the salt water swimming pool is the reason to be there. For the parents and the rest is a super resort. The personnel could be better trained.

The pool is definitely the best thing in the resort. The food might not be that great if you're not a fan of Greek cuisine.

Quiet and peaceful resort, excellent service, private beach and pool, hearty breakfast. An enjoyable place for vacation.

This dated and tired resort is on the sea and it has some benefits for sure. The espressos were charged extra €5 a piece even if the breakfast (average) was included.

Absolutely magnificent! The location and hotel grounds just wonderful. Beautifully refurbished. The breakfast amazing, perhaps the best I have seen post covid. Highly recommended!
