The rooms are disgusting - with really old and dirty furniture, the mattresses are very uncomfortable and firm, TV is so small and old. There’s no enough electric contacts in there. When I turned my hairdryer on the lights turned off. Some of the stuff are impolite and sometimes also rude. There are some strange rules which offend the guests. The food is all the same every day and there isn’t diversity. If you want to take some salad you have to wait at a long queue. And the most shocking thing for me is that there’s no espresso. Actually there is but it costs 3€. Sorry guys but that has nothing in common with four star hotel. Me and my boyfriend are so disappointed of this hotel.

The pools are very nice, also the views and the sea water. The beach is with free sunbeds for ALL, clean and calm water. Monday is a Greek night. From my point of view this is 3 stars hotel, but has a great view, and for the right price you can have a great vacation.

Hotel is old, room are bad and small for family of four, beds are really bad.The worse thing is that nobody wearing masks. Everyone are takeing own food, touching plates etc, no desinfection of tables, terrace is small and can't accept all that wants to eat outside. Corona on maximum. This time I am really affraid for my healt. I gave obut 1100€ for 7 days and that is overpriced, and I would be tolerant about old building and room but safety first. Don't come here. I even fell and hurt my leg because the stone floor on the main terrace fell off beneath my feet! We caught a snake on the balcony, it was small but the net on the door was torn. Dirty, smelly, old...

From reception to beach 50 meters...! . The beach is ok with clean sand and good for kids. we didnt try the food because we didnt have all exclusive package.
M	Miroslav Cvetinov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is 2* hotel. Very outdated, depressing, postwar like. With small rooms and furniture/equipment so old that fire hazard seems so real. Imposible to cool down the room because it is concrete cascet essentially. So many sleepless night (either that or lousy sleep nights) due to A/C on full (A/C is from 80's) yet room horridly hot. Internet is non-existant even at the reception. There is small (2%) time window where you can catch it somehow. That said, there are few good things. Food is ok, staff is fine and polite especially at the beach bar. Beach is extremely near, sea is warm and usually atill, room is clean. If you haggle sea view, stay here can be managable. As a receptionist said "why do you care, itis summer vacation, you won't be in your room:)". What an observation. Yet, the bitter feeling remains. I got this as a replacement trip for lost 2020 summer vacation due to covid. I feel angry at my agency seeing them as a scam artists now, and at the Greece Republic. This is not the first time something like this happens here (hotel declared stars that do not suit reality)...
G	George Georgalas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragic! This is not a 4 star hotel. Noisy air condition. No water for more than 3 hours. No available umbrellas in the beach. No telephone in the room, no WiFi, analog CRT (!) TV with lousy reception. I had to leave one day earlier... Room was prepaid through Booking.com
