★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were passing by and stopped for lunch. We were positively surprised by the quality of the food and the service despite being a restaurant in a touristic place and season . We recommend it not just for the above but for the fact that the staff is also Covid 19 sensitive in an area who most people defy the pandemic.

We tried the local specialties: lamb, moussaka, dakos, sfakia pie, cretan pie with spinach, tzatziki. We especially enjoyed the lamb and the dessert: yoghurt with honey and walnuts!
Very low prices: around 45 euro for 4 persons: starters, main course, dessert and wine!
Staff very friendly, service very prompt! We highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant Yannis. I went there with my girlfriend Jessica. This place is one of our favourites - a place to relax and eat at very reasonable prices - in Spili of Crete. The service was incredible and the staff very friendly and polite. It was really an experience we will never forget. Also the food was very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is one of the best we had in years!! Why? Just because it's fresh food cooked with much love and knowledge. Simply but so reconfortan (no more fancy invention with mixed flavors) olive oil is so good and service very kind. Thank you for the experience.
