D	Demetrios Syrios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλοκαίρι μείνανε στα σπίτια της Οικογένειας της Γιωργίας. Περάσαμε πανέμορφα. Η οικοδέσποινα ειναι πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Τα δωμάτια κ οι γύρω χώροι είναι πολύ καθαροί Η θέα είναι πολύ καλή πρός τη θάλασσα , η οποία είναι κοντά . Το παρκινκ είναι άνετο. Θα ξαναέρθουμε και του χρόνου In the summer they stayed in the houses of the Georgia Family. We had a wonderful time. The hostess is very kind and helpful. The rooms and the surrounding areas are very clean The view is very good to the sea, which is close by. The parking is comfortable. We will come again next year

Stanze sempre pulite e la famiglia che la gestisce è sempre gentile e disponibile. Ci sono anche un buon numero di parcheggi, quindi si è molto comodi. We have been guests of this property three times in the past. Large rooms with all the essentials for a holiday. Rooms always clean and the family that runs it is always kind and helpful. There are also a good number of parking spaces, so it is very comfortable.
Ε	Ευαγγελία Παπαγεωργάκη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπεροχο δωματιο ....μεγαλο ανετο πληρως εξοπλισμενο και πολυ καθαρο...και η θεα;;; αχχχχχχχ αυτη η θεα...νομιζεις οτι εισαι σε αεροπλανο και βλεπεις ολο το τσιλιβι απο ψηλα....οσο για τους οικοδεσποτες;; η κα Γεωργια με τους γιους της και τον αντρα της μας υποδεχτηκαν με ενα τεραστιο χαμογελο και παντα εκει να μας εξυπηρετησουν....ΚΑΤΑΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΑ ΚΑΙ ΟΝΕΙΡΕΜΕΝΑ Wonderful room .... large comfortable fully equipped and very clean ... and the view ??? ahhhhhh this view ... do you think you are on a plane and you see all the tsilivi from above .... as for the hosts ?? Mrs. Georgia with her sons and her husband welcomed us with a huge smile and always there to serve us .... AMAZING AND DREAMS
S	Susanna Marchesetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni anno io e mio marito andiamo a Zante in vacanza e ogni anno alloggiamo allo Yiannis Studio perché è come tornare a casa. Georgia e i suoi figli sanno come coccolare i propri ospiti senza essere invadenti. Gli alloggi sono curati e puliti, c'è l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati di frequente ed è presente anche una piccola cucina completa di tutti gli accessori... Ma chi mangia a casa, quando a due passi c'è Tsilivi a disposizione? Lo studio infatti si trova su una collinetta poco fuori dalla confusione ma comunque in paese, sulla costa vicino alla spiaggia e in posizione strategica per raggiungere ogni località in breve tempo. Ottimo! Every year my husband and I go to Zakynthos on vacation and every year we stay at Yiannis Studio because it's like coming home. Georgia and her children know how to pamper their guests without being intrusive. The accommodations are neat and clean, there is air conditioning in every room, sheets and towels are changed frequently and there is also a small kitchen complete with all accessories ... But who eats at home, when at two steps is there Tsilivi available? In fact, the studio is located on a hill just outside the confusion but still in the village, on the coast near the beach and in a strategic position to reach every location in a short time. Great!

Ogni appartamento è dotato di una piccola cucina con tutti i comfort, aria condizionata, TV e asciugacapelli. Lo studio si trova a due passi dal centro ma fuori dalla confusione, vicino alla spiaggia e in posizione strategica per visitare le bellezze dell'isola. Consigliatissimo! Every year my husband and I pamper ourselves by returning to Yiannis Studios in Tsilivi. Georgia and her children know how to make their guests feel at home. Each apartment is equipped with a small kitchen with all comforts, air conditioning, TV and hairdryer. The studio is located a stone's throw from the center but out of the confusion, near the beach and in a strategic position to visit the beauties of the island. Highly recommended!
b	becenev111 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place with very friendly owners and wonderful view to the sea! We have been there 3 times already, never disappointed. It is very close to the main street and also to the see but still very quite. I recommend it to everyone :)

Every day of vacation is amazing because we don't have to worry about comfortable living, owner Georgia and her family does everything and even more for this.Here we feel like in a family circle. The owners are ready to help at the first call and decide any question that we have. Generally the apartments are clean, bright, spacious and have a great seaview! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a child, you can cook it yourself if you wish, all the conditions are provided for this. A well-funcioning washing machine, refrigerator, hair dryer are also a very nice addition:))) So we can"t wait for the next season to come back here again!!!
C	Cristina-Maria Ciocanescu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to accomodate in Zakynthos! We went for the last 3 years to the island and we stayed at Georgia ❤ - the host. It is a realy home, not only a place to sleep, we have been treated as their family, not only as guests. They are very kind and helpfull. Every year we had another room or appartment and it was great every time. The cleaning is done every day and we had our sheets changed fruequently. The water is hot all day long, we have two kids and we had to come back for them to sleep. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. When we had a suit, not the appartment, they washed our dirty clothes, because they knew we stay in Greece for one month. The place is near the beach, rhe view from every room is amazing. The big garden is great for kids and for eberybody who wants to relax after a hot day. Thank you, Georgia! We will come back next year and the next one and the next one...
