Nous avons réserver cette établissement et nous nous sommes aperçu de notre erreur car une plage se nomme exactement pareil sur l île de corfou. Nous avons alors appeler l établissement pour expliquer cela et voir si au moins la moitié du prix de la chambre pouvais nous être remboursé car nous avons vraiment pas un gros budget pour notre voyage, la dame n'a rien voulu entendre. Pas très commerçant. Heureusement que toutes les personnes rencontrer durant notre voyage ont été d'une gentillesse incroyable. Vraiment déçu par cette établissement qui 'à aucune empathie et qui ne cherche pas à faire quelconque geste. The establishment to cancel my reservation on Booking to ensure that I will not give notice ... We booked this establishment and we realized our mistake because a beach is named exactly the same on the island of Corfu. We then called the establishment to explain this and see if at least half the price of the room could be reimbursed to us because we really do not have a big budget for our trip, the lady did not want to hear anything. Not very commercial. Fortunately, everyone we met during our trip was incredibly kind. Really disappointed with this establishment which has no empathy and which does not try to make any gesture.

Το κτήμα Κούρου έχει τα πάντα! Συνδυάζει κάθε τύπου διακοπών:Με φίλους, οικογενειακές ή και ζευγάρια! Εξάλλου ερωτευμένα ζευγάρια δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να μη ξανά ζήσουν τον έρωτα τους σε ένα τόσο μαγικό μέρος ? Η φιλοξενία απίστευτη, νιώθεις ότι γύρισες στην οικογένεια σου ❤️ Καθαριότητα παντού, ευγένεια, κατανόηση, υποδοχή, εξυπηρέτηση, τι να πρώτο πω; Σε φοβερή περιοχή, κοντινές παραλίες... Θα γράψω έκθεση στο τέλος ? Υπέροχο μέρος, σε κερδίζει αμέσως, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!! The words are poor in so much beauty that it is hidden in every part of the estate. From the stone villas, the chapel, the gardens, the pool to the garden. The Kouros estate has everything! Combines every type of vacation: With friends, family or couples! After all, couples in love can not live their love again in such a magical place ? The hospitality is incredible, you feel like you are back in your family ❤️ Cleanliness everywhere, courtesy, understanding, reception, service, what to say first? In a great area, nearby beaches ... I will write a report at the end ? Great place, it wins you over immediately, I highly recommend it !!

We stayed for 7 nights because my daughters half sister was getting married in a 5 star hotel about 1mile away.there were problems at the hotel which I won’t go into now but it was disgusting and the venue for the wedding was changed 18 hours before . Ktimas owner allowed the bride and bridesmaids to come and have their hair and makeup done at hour house and even ran me to the supermarket for presecco etc. I can’t rate this accommodation highly enough.ive travelled far and wide from Maldives to Cuba and Bali and ktima kourou is right up there as the best.thank you everyone at ktima we will definitely be back xxx
